Everything was great, turned it on and it just started working. Thats the best the part of deal with Apple products. They just work together without having to do a lot of setups. I was skeptical of the size and shape at first. But i found it to be very intuitive to use. Didnt have to "get use to it". very comfortable

I love the way that the new smart keyboard from Imac is both wired and wireless. The previous version keyboard I had only came wireless with the non-numeric keyboard. But now with this keyboard I get both the numeric keyboard along with the ability to charge it and then go wireless. Would definitely recommend this keyboard.

Good product! I'm not an Apple User but I needed it for my work MacBook so I got it. It's a little long for my taste and the keys are a little off compared to a QWERTY. The price is ridiculous, but I got reimbursed so, I cannot even really complaim aboit that!

very slim which is nice works great feels great.the only problem is it doesn't light ups using it in the dark, forget it, unless your an ace typer.i didn't thenk about that when I bought it, but thats okay I don't use it very often when its dark, but when I have I sure wish it lit up.i just have to turn on some lights.in hindsight I probably would have looked at one that lit up.overall very satisfied.

Love how practical it is. Light weight and very comfortable for work and daily basis. Because I don't use too much the Touch ID, is great for the value paid.

I love my magic keyboard. Don’t need batteries, just plug in to charge. Can move it anywhere you desire to place it. Once charged it last for a long time before needing to charge it again. Would definitely recommend it to a friend. Easy to use and love the numbers on the right side of keyboard.

Upgraded from our old Apple keyboard (older version 2012ish with batteries and without the numeric keypad) and it has been so nice not running out of battery at inconvenient times and just being able to plug it right in. I use it with a MacBook Air and monitor setup, seamless connection.

It's good... not great. Let me start by saying - I am so super picky on my keyboard. Maybe it's because I'm old school. I like an old heavy, clicky keyboard... think typewriter kind of keys that are heavy and dense. This is thin and light. Which is great for mobility but not what I LOVE to type on. Functionality is great but I would love a thicker key.

As someone who works from home and needs to to have the numeric keypad, this is a must if you plan to purchase an iMac. You can just by the attachment for it but I like to keep my workspace minimal and clutter free. Having one keyboard with everything you need is worth the extra purchase rather than having two keyboards at your desk (basically).

Reality like this keyboard. Tried 2 other universal Logitech ones Ave they just did t pair well with my MacBook Pro. Opted for the apple mouse as well. Very happy with both

    Numeric Keypad is Great

Bought this as a replacement for the standard magic keyboard since it has a numeric keypad on the side that I use a lot. Works well, connects easily and easy to charge up again. On the expensive side, but worth it if you need a separate numeric keypad and want to stick with the Apple brand.

Nice Apple aesthetics. Has a nice feel to it. Bluetooth works great. Quality. 10-key wireless. Works great with an external display. Not too loud. Not ergonomic. Space Gray is a terrible value.

If you're an apple fan and ever work with numbers-- this keyboard with numeric keypad is a must. It's slim, sleek and stays true to apple design. It's only slightly larger than the baseline keyboard [due to additional numeric key pad at right hand side]. And thanks to BestBuy's price match policy, they match other retailers' lowest advertised price. No brainer!

I have a Mac Pro Server and was using the Mac usb wired keyboard that came with it. I replaced it because a few keys were loose and the paint for the letters and numbers was obliterated in spots. This new keyboard is a great replacement. It’s Bluetooth so I can place it anywhere and the charge lasts for weeks. The response of the keys is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Moved off of a Logitech backlit keyboard that didn’t have a numeric keypad or a “real” delete key (Apple calls backspace Delete as well - which can be a problem when you work with Linux or Windows VMs). Love the space gray and lightning charging. Key travel is better than butterfly keyboards but feels shorter than previous Apple keyboards, which I miss a bit.

Sleek looking keyboard with number pad

I definitely got this keyboard for the looks and for the fact that it had a number pad on the right. I hated not having a number pad previously and whatever my next keyboard I was going to get next this was a must have. I agree that this is not an ergonomic keyboard. Specific to myself, I have no personal physical issues thankfully that would stop me from using this keyboard. I use the computer fairly often and I feel fine. Could this keyboard feel a bit better? I'm very sure it could. I'll say that when you press the keys on the keyboard they feel great, smooth, and for some reason provides some sort of premium feel. If you will place emphasis on the shape and ergonomics of the keyboard I suggest you look for an alternate option given the expensive price. There is no adjustable legs on the bottom of this keyboard so it mostly just lays flat. That said, there are a bunch of accessories you can buy online that will allow you to raise the keyboard (of course making the all-in price of this keyboard even that much more expensive). This keyboard works great for my purposes which is for email, web browsing, messaging, and other light activities. I am not a gamer and I don't do heavy office work using this keyboard.
