Great alternative to the regular mouse. May take a few uses to get used to but if you can master the gestures on an iPad you can used the track pad.

I bought this to replace a AA battery powered trackpad. It is just so much more convenient to plug it in to a USB port occasionally instead of changing out batteries (if I have some when I need them).

It was frankly hard to spend so much money on this small item, but I really wanted the trackpad to use with my 13" 2017 MacBook Pro when my MacBook is up on the laptop stand. This works exactly like the trackpad on the actual laptop. It seemed to fall asleep once after a couple days of not using, but I tapped it a couple times and it woke up. Probably an intended function, but I haven't bothered to check yet.

This pad is probably the best computer accessory I have ever purchased. Using the pad is much easier on the wrist then using a mouse. It is a lot easier to maneuver the cursor on the screen then the mouse.

Purchased this new Magic Trackpad 2 not knowing if it was worth it but I have really loved making this decision to replace the original Apple mouse that I was using.

This is great for my iMac. I had the original track pad that would eat batterie every few weeks. This is a great way to use my computer in a more efficient manner.

Pretty well know what you're getting with Apple and this was no different. Preferred the smaller first gen track pad, but it was wearing out and starting to no longer function. 2nd gen seams a little unnecessarily large.

I am using my MacBook Pro with an additional monitor for music production. Having a pad further away than on the laptop is the best. Works perfectly. Apple products are pricey, but worth the extra to me.

every self respecting iMac owner must have a track pad to enhance their experience with their computer it's better in every way then using a mouse zooming scrolling and moving is all now at the end of your finger tips

Apple always make great products for their ecosystem. I like how smooth scrolling is on the trackpad compared to a non-Apple mouse. Quality-wise, it is well made.

It was tricky to learn all the gestures, but once you get them figured out it's pretty awesome.

I have been using this trackpad as my desktop mouse for over a year. After using my laptop trackpad, I had no learning curve as it has all the familiar multitouch gestures.

I upgraded from the magic mouse and this is a lot easier to use with the iMac compared to mouse.

I use the Apple Magic Trackpad 2 with my iPad Pro with iOS 13.4 and it’s simply amazing. I can even use it on soft surfaces like in bed because of the Haptic Touch system.

It's apple as you know. Design is good, and expected quality

I had a little trouble getting used to the mouse , but I quickly got the hang of it . I love it . Its way easier than the traditional mouse .

Works really well, great for controlling iMac. Only complaint is it creates a weird wrist angle after long term use I notice, but moving it around and resting hand make it really a non issue.

I needed this trackpad because the magic mouse is unusable while it's charging and works perfect
