Take the best track pad ever (from the current MacBook Pro) and stick it on the desk. Done.

Apple's external trackpad for iMac computers, etc.

Overall a good Apple product, but I give it three stars because the descriptions mentioned that it is a wired product and thus has a USB plug... well... not exactly! The USB appears to just be for charging and you still have to turn on all the wireless bluetooth stuff to get it to connect to your iMac computer, etc.

So pretty. So unhealthy. Most trackpads will eventually make hands cramp due to really bad ergonomic design, as well as wrist strain. This trackpad is no better or worse. I switched to a vertical mouse & never looked back!

Since I got it it keeps disconnecting, upgraded to a newer MacBook Air and it is still doing it. I am on the line of taking it for servicing or giving up on it completely. The cost of the Magic Trackpad should warrant flawless usage. I am at a loss on this one.

This one is rechargeable and the old one is wired, which would be perfect for a MacBook user wanting a trackpad. As a Mac Pro user, it doesn't make much of an impact. Overall the trackpad is a nice product; I like the new look and finish. 3.5 stars because of price.
