Lots of steps to use with a PC and less functionality (than with a Mac). Bought it due to a sprained wrist as a (pricey) temporary substitute to a mouse.

A guide or shortcut index referencing most commonly used functions would've been great. Especially for those of us who recently transitioned from windows over to Mac.

Disappointed in the zoom and accessibility functions. Pinch/Zoom would only work on web pages, not in iMovie or other Apple software. Otherwise, it is a comfortable useful device. Because of the high resolution of the Apple iMac, zooming in is vital. Going back to the magic mouse.

It wasn’t the Best Buy but I needed it at time because my computer was acting up.

I bought this when my previous Apple trackpad bit the dust after about four years. I really wanted this to work, but it was always doing flaky things—mysteriously freezing, disconnecting, jumping around, etc. After several weeks I gave up and returned it and went back to the previous model.

It was hard to get use too. I gave it two weeks and then returned it for an Apple mouse.

Not very reliable, but it's the only option in the market.

As with all apple products, the quality is high; however, so is the price.

Disappointed. Bought this in March. As of November, the Trackpad is not working. Fortunately there's a 1-yr warranty, but for the cost of this trackpad, it should have worked a lot longer. What a hassle to have to return it! I'm disappointed in you, Apple!

Cool concept but I returned it as I am more comfortable working with the Magic Mouse.

tried it for awhile but find my mouse is easier to navigate without modify the page.

It’s a good accessory but not essential to get like the regular mouse

I prefer to use a mouse instead of this device. Just different!

Was a little hard to use with my recording daw protools

Very disappointed in this Apple product. The pad is so sensitive that it's extremely difficult to control functions. Yes, you can adjust the settings, but there are so many options that it's difficult to find the combination of settings that work for me. For $129, I wish I'd stayed with my old Apple Trackpad.

Build quality of the product is best in class. Sometime Bluetooth connectivity between trackpad 2 to MacBook Pro disconnects abruptly. It’s a bit of annoying experience. I’m now thinking to sell trackpad and get Logitech MX Master 3.

I keep going back to my mouse. Have to get used to trackpad.
