The product was excellent but the gentlemen in the electronic's section had no clue or knowledge of the product. I had to explain to them that the item would work with my computer, they insisted that It would and that I would be making a mistake. Common knowledge of a product helps with making the sale.

This is no cover version. This is the real deal. It works.

This is a pretty good charger, but that's only really because it's the only charger available for Macs. I had to buy this because my last one frayed and began to melt itself. I"m only really giving 4 stars because while it works, it's nice, but it is bound to fray due to having a weak connection between the cable and charging bit and I'll have to buy another.

Had issues and returned. The price of these things is pretty crazy considering the price point of aftermarket charges. However I only have used this charger on my 2010 mac book. Just replaced the original battery a few weeks ago. So it must do its job pretty well. Lower the price if you want more stars.

This item came exactly as described on app. Although a tad pricey, I wouldn't change my decision to buy this Apple brand product because I had no problems with connection pieces like I did with the off brand ones I have tried.

The product works excellent, but the service was even better. I have never in my life had an employee go so far out of their way! She was polite and VERY helpful. She went above and beyond for us. Best Buy in Sandusky,Ohio is excellent!!

This is practically the only choice of charger for mac books, so you really don't have a choice but to buy it if yours is lost or stops working. My main complaints are that it is expensive for what it is, and the L shaped design usually puts stress on the cable causing it to flake away after a year or so of use.

My last charger frayed after 3 years so picked this up and everything is back to normal.

Misplaced my existing cord. New one is excellent. Never have a problem with Apple products and this is just another example. Price is higher than I would have thought but good to have a backup. I would recommend this product to anyone but could say the same about all apple products.

Charger that came with my laptop stopped workings. Needed to replace it. Good product.

Very flexible and well designed. Attaches right into the socket and easy to pull out.
