The sales associate was very courteous and quick to help. My purchase was exactly what I was looking for. It was very easy to hook up to my computer, and keeps my computer charged and ready to use at all times. The only downside of this product was the cost.

This is the perfect answer for a power cord for my Mac.

It works, just take really good care of it - the wire is thin and can wear out near the end. We have had to replace 2 of these, but it was definitely our fault and not Apple.

I had a problem ordering this item on Amazon. I kept ordering and receiving the wrong part. It may have been my error, because I didn't know there were so many different power adapters.

This thing is the real deal. It works better than anything I’ve found after market. I just wish the area around the magnetic connector was more reinforced to prevent fraying and shorting out over time.

Always good to get the original Apple charger. The cable does start to fray where it’s connected to the power block. Wish it was removable so it can be stored properly and less wear.

I left home without my 13" MacBook Pro charging unit and went to Best Buy in Carmel IN. The salesperson was very helpful in finding a replacement. I now have one for home and one I keep in my computer travel bag.

This was a replacement for a power supply that was damaged and out of warranty. While it was just what needed and is excellent, the price and the customer service I received at the best buy I initially chose for store pickup caused me to grade down. I did not get it from initial store - I reordered for pick up from a different store.

I have had my Mac for a for years and due to normal use and travel the cord became torn and needed replaced. This one was just as good as the original and may be a little faster.

The original charger was fine, but you have to treat it pretty gently, as it doesn't tolerate any mistreatment whatsoever. The replacement price is high, but don't expect anything else from Apple.

I had to buy this cord because my old cord was damaged. It was the exact same cord that came with my MacBook years ago when I bought it new. It did the same great job the old one did.

My computer just stopped charging out of the blue. This one is made for our MacBook and recommended online so I purchased it. My computer powered up right away and the charger has been working nicely since we bought it 2 months ago.

I was skeptical on purchasing anything on amazon, especially anything that had me waiting 3-4 days on shipping. So I decided to just go ahead and spend the extra money on purchasing it at the store instead. Best decision I ever made.
