these power adapter are good, but they always wear out and break at certain key locations that necessitate purchase of a new one. Can't Apple provide some sort of reinforcement for the bendy bits to preserve life span ???

Great product, it's the original charger for the MacBook. I would suggest to not wrap the cord up when putting it away. I feel that chord eventually disconnects and that's why my old one wasn't working.

Made mi mac work perfect after using other generic product I decided to use the original one and the performance change

It’s perfect ! My old charger broke and this one charged my laptop immediately! I was glad it was the broken charger and not the laptop !

We bought an off-brand replacement because it was cheaper and it failed within 6 months. So did it’s off-brand replacement. No problem with this one.

I was afraid to buy an off brand replacement power pack. I have heard negative reviews and horro stories of after market parts frying your laptop. Not willing to chance it- so I went with an apple product.

I have ordered replacement charger cords through eBay, thinking that they were Apple products. Lots of money has been wasted. Best Buy carries the Apple products, and guarantees them.

Was in need of a replacement ac adapter for my MacBook....this was an open box item and I was able to get it at a discounted rate. I’m pleased with this purchase.

I had to buy a new adapter because the cord started to bend and no longer charged my computer. the reason that this happened is because i have to place the charger in the computer bag, I know this will happen again i wish apple will make a product that wouldn't be so fragile.

Although its quite expensive and Im sure I could have found it elsewhere for less, I continue to buy at Best Buy. Im a devout Apple user and I wouldn't shop for it any where else....

As with my other experiences with Apple products, the power adapter is durable and will last forever - if your dog doesn't use the cord as a chew toy :). This one will exceed the life of the computer.

I was so sad to have to have to replace my cord after 3 years but this one works perfectly. I thought about buying off brand but with all of the incompatibility that apple pushes I stuck with this one.

I’ve had to replace my MacBook cords a few times and each time I’ve been able to (thankfully) find them as an open box item and it’s good as new.

Yup my son messed his up who knows how but he needed it for school so i got it hes back in business told him please dont chew on the cord this time or grate it or mow the grass wth it etc etc

My other computer charger piece ripped from the battery piece and would no longer charge my computer, but glad Best Buy had them available so I wouldn't have to ship the device or go to a far Annapolis store to get it

My laptop was down for a month due to the fact that my last charger I had purchased from another competitor burned out on me.

Works welk but be careful not to break the cord at rhe power block. The design is poor due to a weak area where the wire goes onto the power block itself.

I needed a new charger and the staff at Best Buy were helpful since I almost bought the wrong one. Mine is a bit old and they were knowledgeable in what I needed so I didn't make a mistake.
