My old power adapter stopped working. I knew Best Buy sold this product. The sales associate located it for me (who was very helpful and knowledgeable) and I lurched the product.

I bought this adapter for my daughter. We tried generics, but they usually broke. She has been using this adapter for a few weeks. So far, so good. I guess there is nothing like the original stuff.

I really enjoy all of my apple products including certain accessories. I cannot justify this product just because it is too expensive. if you have the money, it's a must have but you should already receive one with the purchase of your apple product.

When the power cord on my MacBook wore out I purchased this replacement. It is of a much better design and doesn't have a natural wear point at the magnetic connection like on the original. Great accessory.

There is nothing like avoiding a long drive to the Apple store for a charger when yours dies in the midst of work! So glad that I was able to get this for such a reasonable price!

Works for my daughters when her original cord "broke but it wasn't my fault" (it was). She has yet to break this one and it seems to be working fine from what she tells me and from what I've seen.

Bought this to replace my charger for my Apple MacBook Pro. that I lost. This is a Genuine Apple product same as the one that came with my laptop for a good price and it works great.

The original one lasted about 3 years but most of the coating had worn away. Decided to go with Apple instead of aftermarket, and haven’t had any problems.

anything less than 5 stars for a product from apple and the users are not giving an honest review. As long as you match up the proper wattage that your laptop needs this charger will suit your needs

Charges fine. Probably going to have the same issue I had with the previous cord but that is Apple's fault not Best Buy. The cord itself is overpriced but after going to the Apple webpage, it's priced close. Uselsss sales though.

I purchased this to replace the original charger for my first generation MacBook Air. The original charger had to be held just right to charge. This one works as expected. It is larger and heavier than the original charger, making it a little more cumbersome.

I decided to purchase the actual Apple product this time. Imitation chargers do not last. It’s worth the extra cost to get the genuine article.

Identical to the one that came with the computer – spendy for no more than what it is but without any aftermarket options, they kind of have you over a barrel in a crunch when you forget your power cord
