This was bought as a gift. The pins in original connector on my daughters power supply broke off. It's too bad you can't buy just the cable with the connector. This was a very poor design by Apple.

From time to time I go and check for any open box item and this time it happen that I was looking for a power cord replacement for my macbook pro and wow, I found this bargain :)

Apple's power cords are expensive but made with poor quality. I have had 2 power cords fray by the commotion point. My laptop has out lasted 2 power cords.

Spend the extra money and get the real deal. It’s not worth going cheap on a 2K plus laptop. The extension cord that comes with it makes a life a whole lot easier.

When it comes with apple power adapter I always go with trusted apple just to be safe. So off brand might surge and fried your laptop, not worth saving $20.

Excellent product. Didn't want to spend a lot for replacement charger. So got a charger online. It did not last even 1 year. Hope this lasts.

Bought this for my son and had no idea which one I needed. A young gentlemen listened to me describe the computer and knew exactly which charger to buy even though it was an older computer.

Replacement power adapter works great. So much nicer not having to jiggle the cord to make it work. Different connector design as the original so I hope it lasts longer.

There is nothing worse than sifting through the jungle of cords to bring one with you when traveling with my computer. Them putting it back when you return. Having an extra cord avoids that frustration.

I was traveling and found a used but incredible Mac on Facebook marketplace..only problem...cord had been damaged...needed a replacement right then...Best Buy to the rescue!!

This is a genuine apple product. It came in the original packaging. So far it works great. I gave it 5 stars because of the product and the great service Inteceive from Best Buy.

Exactly what I needed for my 2012 MacBook Pro! It comes with the extension cable and the regular wall adapter for the charger.

I had to buy a new one because the one that came with my laptop finally broke. I've had the old powercord since 2013 and almost daily use and packing into my backpack, I'm surprised it's lasted this long! One star off because of apple's pricing.

My power source for my mac split and had to get a replacement. I need to find a way to protect the cord from bending at the box connection to keep this new one from breaking.

This works great with the MacBook Air that the previous cord belonged to. We were glad to find it in store after my daughter’s previous cord no longer charged.

Original was about nine years old and started splitting. This one was an open box product. It is really a better connection for my spouse's "constant companion." Super value and function.

I purchased this to replace the one I had that came with my MacBook a few years ago. No issues with anything per usual. Best Buy is where I go to get almost all my apple/mac needs.
