I didn’t want to waste money on a trial and error so I went with Apple charger and I know it will Work

Average life for an expensive charger

And we don't have much choice but to buy the Apple Magsafe charger because no one wants to risk using a generic charger that might damage their computer.

Needed connectioin for MacBook

The salesperson was very helpful. We just wish Apple would correct the power cord design. This was the second time that the. cord failed

The cord does not last long.

Given that a customer is already paying a high price for the MacBook, the accessories especially a replacement charger should be sold at much cheaper price. I have given 3 stars because of the high price.

The only things I don't like are the shape (can be awkward to charge from a certain angle) and the $$$. Also mine tend to get worn off within a year but that might be just how I take care of them. They need delicate care.
