Absolutely love my apple macbook so when the cord broke this cord was just like the old one, but for a better price!

The only reason this was purchased was to replace the original that broke after one year just after the warranty expired. Based on reviewing the issue I had with the original, this is a common problem. Given Apples wealth, the company should be offering replacements for the poor quality of this product. I don't know of a substitute from another manufacturer, otherwise given a better price, I would of bought that.

Got it up an running quickly then surfed the internet for about an hour and this Wi-Fi box locked up. (Only four devices were using the Wi-Fi at the time.) Had to reset it.

I have a MacBook which just turned 3 year old. I had to replace this charge 3 times, the wire going to the square mechanics, keeps burning out. The extra electrical cords are sitting in my draw waste of money

Power cord has a weak link where it plugs into the laptop. A better and stronger cord relief would eliminate this problem. I would only recommend this product if there were no choices.

It's an apple product. Works well and no issues. Just what I needed.

Works as intended. This is my third MagSafe for a MacBook Pro that is 6 years old. Needless to say, needs to be more reliable and it's overpriced, but its proprietary and what can you do.

I bought this for my girl friend for her mac got the right model and serial number went to best buy matched it up with the model and serial number and still did not work would only work when pluged in.

Needed this certain type of charger for my laptop and thank God that I was able to find it and buy it

I asked for help at the store to find an extra power cord for my MacBook Pro. I did not realize nor was asked about different ones. I purchased the one that was recommended. Opened the package (tossing some of it) only to find it didn't fit on computer. Turns out I have a 16" and one given to me was for a 13"

I spent a lot of time with the call center associate trying to determine the correct charge cord for my product. When it arrived at my home, I shortly realized the cord could no way work. Totally wrong. The associate knew my product information and could not determine the correct cord. Unbelievable.

Even though the cord that connects to the computer is detachable from the power thingy, and that is the only part that breaks, you have to buy the whole shebang to the tune of $80.

This is 3rd time I have had to replace this item. Very poor design and no other options.

Let See how many months this cord holds up. This is about the 3rd cord I have purchased for my Mac. The cord always becomes frayed. There is no other cord that I can purchase. If there is a Class action suit out there somewhere please, please count me in. Not recommended for friend nor foe, but what else can you do.

It is great to get Apple products when needed at Best Buy. However, have to replace this more often then I think I should because the wire keeps fraying and breaking.

This is my third power adapter for this Mac Book. You'd figure the price you pay for Apple systems, you'd get better quality accessories.

Apple adaptors are way over priced. It works and charges, but for less I could have bought a knock off somewhere else that works just as well.

No one wants to keep buying these things. Apple need to stop this "green" materials stuff and make a power cord that doesn't break. Using non-Apple is a little risky.

I feel like I have to buy these chargers every year or two because part of the cord decides to break.
