Excellent brand of electronics, love it. Apple always set the bar high with the products they make. I had the old charger for about 4 yrs through rough wear and tear.

do not go buying those 3rd party plugs they will not last they will burn out or harm your battery this is an apple product so I recommend buying apple for apple

It was worth buying because it can be modified based on where you are sitting and where the electrical plug is located. It is an Apple original therefore it last longer.

It’s the original charger that comes with the early MacBook pros. I prefer this MagSafe design over the new usb type c.

This is my second purchase of this charger and I’m sad that Apple has yet to improve upon this design given all of the issues it has with fraying. In my experience with normal use it takes about 3 years before the fraying starts, but it’s a real pain to have to replace. I have no issues with the quality of this product on behalf of Best Buy, I ordered this as an open box, and I was very satisfied with the quality of the product I received.

My old charger would take forever to charge but this one charges very quickly. Don’t order from random sites. Those chargers don’t really work.

The cord that came with my computer ended up breaking after a couple of years. This is the same as the original cord from Apple. Works great.

It is a great power supply. Researched online for cheaper but they were aftermarket and all had overheating problems. Nothing beats original Apple items.

Does the job and disconnects safely ; however cord can easily fray at the connection point to the power adapter. Make sure not a lot of stress is placed or it’s not bending at that point

This product works great and is a great replacement for the original charger. I don't like the plug though. My original plug was a t-style while this one is an L-style.

Had to replace my power adapter as the cord was beginning to fray. This Apple power adapter works like the original one.

Purchased this item because after cour years of continued use, my original one stopped working. Hopefully I'll get another four out of this one.
