Of course it is great. It is that exact spec Apple replacement part. Of course it is ridiculously expensive, but if I spend half and it fails I get nothing. I went for the sure thing because all the cheaper knock offs have failures and run hot. Burn my house down to save 40 bucks? Nope. The key is not to let your younger children chew on the cord so you don't need a new one anyway :-)

Quality products from Apple. Always disconnect from outlets and devices by grabbing the hard plastic and not the cables to avoid ripping the cables away from the hard plastic. Pulling on the cables to disconnect will cost you money. You will have to re-purchase the cables.

My old macbook charger ripped and started to smoke so I was forced to get a new one. I went back and forth on buying the generic over the Apple charger and after reading a bunch of bad reviews on the generic I decided to go ahead and buy the Apple brand. Cost a pretty penny for a charger but it is what it is. It has been working well. No complaints.

This power cord works as expected. Can fully charge our macbook in an hour or so.

Works perfectly and it charges my MacBook super fast. I love that it brings an extended connector and it makes it much more easier to sit from a distance.

When it comes to Caring for your APPLE make sure that you only use Apple cords and chargers. This way you not only insure having the longest life your Apple product has to offer but also the best performance it has to offer! This Charger is the perfect wattage, stores easily and charges quickly! Apple for Apple!

The Mag chargers are in my opinion better than the original chargers that come with the computers. I haven’t had any issues with it yet.

My old 2013 MAC book wire charger was badly in bad shape. So it needed a new one and so far so good.

Had to replace my MagSafe - it was literally sparking at the joint where the cord casing met the battery joint housing. This was an 'open box' product, but it is perfect. Heavier joints, thicker casing and much better quality than the one I replaced. Very very happy.

Not a very exciting purchase, but a definitely needed one! I love Apple products but think their accessories are poorly designed and break quite easily - at least all chargers for the various products we have had and to replace them is not cheap! That being said, we needed a new charger - don't know that it should have be $75.00 but what are you going to do? Buy a new computer?

So pleased to find exactly what I needed when my daughters macbook charger would not changer her computer - when a lot of college work was due that week. The Best Buy employee was very helpful in showing me I needed the new 'plug in' to work with her computer. That would have been stressful to get home and still need another piece to get it changed.

I brought my MacBook Pro in to have it checked. I had a bad feeling that it was the charging port on the MacBook. Geek Squad did a quick test and told me it was just my charging cord that was bad. I could have been easily charged for a diagnostic fee but i wasn't. Purchased this Charging cord and it is better quality than the original. Thx.
