Over all good quality. My last one lasted 5 years.

I've have other chargers from online & they only last for a couple of months. With the apple genuine charger it lasts for about 3 years depending on you handle it. So I had to just buy the real one to get a longer last but I HATE that it's so much money. Apple really needs to change the materials they use with their chargers.

Needed! I could not operate the electronics without this. Great purchase and if you travel as I do--you need an extra one.

Wonderful charger. The only bad thing is the heft price.

The sales associate was very courteous and quick to help. My purchase was exactly what I was looking for. It was very easy to hook up to my computer, and keeps my computer charged and ready to use at all times. The only downside of this product was the cost.

Just like all apple products, great when new but can become really crappy and start to degrade.

pick up option always awesomeness. Fast availability. Works great thus far. Wish it wasn't so expensive just for a plug, like Apple is cray cray ridiculous with the prices but we still pay don't we .....

This was a replacement for a power supply that was damaged and out of warranty. While it was just what needed and is excellent, the price and the customer service I received at the best buy I initially chose for store pickup caused me to grade down. I did not get it from initial store - I reordered for pick up from a different store.

Ordered online for store pick up. Process was simple. This is my third different power cord for my MacBook Pro including original one. Appears they need to look at developing a better cord.

The original charger was fine, but you have to treat it pretty gently, as it doesn't tolerate any mistreatment whatsoever. The replacement price is high, but don't expect anything else from Apple.

This cord can be used on my similar home computers.

I left home without my 13" MacBook Pro charging unit and went to Best Buy in Carmel IN. The salesperson was very helpful in finding a replacement. I now have one for home and one I keep in my computer travel bag.

This thing is the real deal. It works better than anything I’ve found after market. I just wish the area around the magnetic connector was more reinforced to prevent fraying and shorting out over time.
