The product worked as advertised, but this is the third one I've purchased for the same computer. They always break after about a year, always in the same place (the cord). Before that happens though, they always work just fine.

Standard Apple MacBook Pro charger, I’m just glad I didn’t have to drive all the way to Apple or order it online since I needed it ASAP. Best Buy carries Apple products and that made my life easier!

I bought this after I moved and lost my old one. Then the very next box I unpacked had the old one in it. Now I have two! The one that is the subject of this of this review works as well as the old one.

These chargers are great and hold up for years to come. I've had my original charger since 2010 and it just failed me a few months ago. This charger should last me for at least 8 more years.

I bought this charger to replace a long dead Apple charger. This charger is much better built than the original one, much bette cable connections. Hopefully this charger will last much longer than the original one.

This was a replacement adapter for a 6 year-old MacBook Pro. They've changed the connecter on the newer models so I was happy to see Best Buy carried this.

This was a replacement charger. Like nearly everything from Apple, it works right out of the box. No configuration, no adapters. It gets four rather than five stars because the last one stopped working because the cord frayed where it exits the main case. Isn't there a way to prevent that?

My last Apple power adapter lasted almost 8 years so I was totally comfortable paying the high price vs the generic brands since 8 years is a very long life and I doubt the generic ones would perform as well.

I needed a new charger for my apple laptop. Instead of purchasing a new one $$$ the nice sales asst. found one with a discounted price. The only thing wrong with it was the box it came in. Thank you Best Buy.

I love my 2010 MacBook Pro and was very sad when the charger stopped working. This is the perfect replacement. The only downside of this item is that apparently these chargers fail frequently, so much that they are readily available for replacement. Oh well, would still rather replace this than my laptop.

It was the correct cord and the laptop now works and is running good

I helped search for this product for a number of weeks, and finally found it at Best Buy. The price was reasonable, and the item fixed a long standing problem with a laptop.

The only reason we're buying another is that a family member left the original "somewhere". Since it just "disappeared" we needed another one! Frankly, the original one had worked well from the time we bought the laptop.

What else can I say, it's full of power when you plug it in and charges my laptop. I can also say this is the first time I bought an open-box item from Best Buy and there have been no-issues.

Apple should use a better quality wire coating for their laptop charger. The charger lasted less than 3 years before wires were exposed. Great quality laptop with a cheaply made charger. I am recommending this because it is a necessity,

I bought this for my wife old Apple computer and is working perfectly . She is happy that was able to get the computer to work again. The battery doesn’t hold enough charge anymore.
