I purchased this in replacement of the power adapter received with my laptop. It was a perfect match for my worn out adapter.

As with all Apple cords they tend to fray at the connection site. Need to replace my old one. Works great now.

works exactly like the one given with the computer, but has to be placed properly to charge (i don't know why but sometimes i have to reconnect the charger twice for it to light and charge)

This adapter is for the older MacBook Pro 13" and white MacBooks. To keep it working, never bend the cable at 90 degrees.

My charger broke and best buy even price matched this for me, which saved me a few bucks, Would recommend to any body =D

The cord near the connectors can be pretty fragile, like most other Apple chargers, so when disconnecting, try to focus on disconnecting the charger by the connector.

Had to have a new power cord last one shorted out. Can't go wrong with genuine apple products.

I bought this charger after my original MacBook pro charger that came with my laptop died on me. I had that charger for about a year and a half, so I was expecting to get a little bit more time out of it. I was expecting to pay around $25 for a replacement and was shocked to see that it was actually $75. As a college student, that hurts a bit. The charger itself works well. The magnet lock is convenient and the hooks to wrap the cord help as well, although I would suggest giving a little room at the begin of the wrap as not to bend the wire too much.

This is an apple cord so it works great but make sure you have the right one as there are two different ones and they don't work with each other unless you have the converter.
