My package keeps on getting delayed. I ordered it about 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived.

It’s ok charges really slow. Convenient at bedtime

It’s not my 1st option on charging my phone it could use some tweaks and maybe next time it should come with the wall plug as well. Personally to me not worth the buy. I had higher expectations for it. Slow charge, doesn’t stay on well, have to take off case.

Did not work with my 12 Pro. Apple forums have similar complains which were supposed to be addressed by iOS 14.2(i am on 14.3). I tried with both 20W adapter as well as pluggin in to a laptop. Had to return it eventually.

You need to get an brick that give 20W if not it only give as much watt as from the adapter.

Quit working after a few times. Quite disappointed. Took it to Japan, it just didn’t work. Had to find another charger

Doesn’t work with my silicone case do I have to cut a circle to make it work? NOT

Worked for about a week and now doesn’t charge my phone. Tried taking off my case to see if that was the problem and it’s not. Tried another iPhone 12 and still didn’t work. Went back to using the lighting cable.

So disappointed. Haven’t had a year and it stopped working.

I’ve had it for less than 30 days and it isn’t worker right anymore, it doesn’t change anymore. Best Buy will not let me return it. Apparently I had until the third to return it not even 30 days.

If I could give zero I would but it’s not about the product it is the way they didn’t honor my gift card like they should have . I contacted The Federal Trade Commission.

The product stopped working in less than a month. I would not recommend it. I would also like to say that I wouldn’t recommend to sales person who waited on me. She was rude, argumentative and the worst representative I’ve ever had to deal with. She should NOT deal with customers.
