Doesn’t always connect or charge my phone, if it gets moved even the slightest it stops charging

I was unable to use it because I need a different wall charger. I did not realize that it had a different end. I will stick with a regular cable and return this to best buy. Wish I realized before buying it.

It would quit charging my new iPhone after just a few seconds. I thought it may have been the case but it did the same thing without the case. I returned it.

I have had this charger for 6 months and it has already stopped working. Come on Apple.. You can do better than this with all the Billions of dollars you make off us consumers!!

The product is great but experience is really bad. Best have the bad promise of delivery day. Do not buy anything on best buy is you’re rushing to use the item.

The end of the cord has the wider Thenderbolt end. Can't plug it into the wall. if I plug it into my MacBook Pro, it doesn't change the iPhone. Total crap.

Phone does not charge unless you are super careful and move it around till it links. Should be easier to use apple to apple proudct

Once again false info from the best junk store It does not charge the phone with the phone case on !

They sold it to me to charge both the watch and the phone and it can only be used for the phone and the charge is very slow, I do not recommend it

It doesn’t work with my new case. I like my Otterbox case with the pop out. The pop out prevents this from charging. I gave it to my daughter in law.

Stopped working in May 2023 (after one year of use). Pretty poor design in this case. The wall chargers never stop working…

Returned this product. It did not work well with my iPhone 12. In addition, there’s not a power supply with it. Feels like another ripoff from Apple.

Would not recommend honestly for anyone. Nothing but connection issues. Also the adapter to be able to use this item is not included and will cost at least an additional $25.

I got this product thinking it was wireless but it’s not. It’s a waste of money since you still have to plug it in like you would a regular charger.

Charger stopped working after a couple of weeks, only used it a handful of times. Brought it back to the store for a refund. Very disappointed.

Just awful. Don’t waste your money on this and go with a third-party wireless charger without the magnet —magnet is useless and is nothing like the watch charger or the earlier mag safe for MacBooks!

Purchased as a gift and it does work must be defective. Definitely will exchange.
