Neat feature but some annoyances.

Great product and service

My primary concern was that the charger work in spite of my phone’s rubber case. It does and I have had no issues with charging my phone. Not all plug-in chargers would remain in the port while charging. My customer service rep was outstanding and even properly cleaned the charging port while I waited.
