At first I used it all the time but I guess I haven't really needed it so that is the only reason I don't use it much anymore. Still, it works great and I would recommend it if you really need it.

Pricy, but works!

It has a very strong grip on the phone, especially when using an Apple MagSafe cast with it, too. It doesn't charge as quick as when it's connected via a lightening to 20+ watt charger, but still much faster than Qi chargers. It's a bit pricy, but if you want wireless and fast on an iPhone 12, this is the way to go.

I have the ohsnap grip for my iPhone Pro 12, which comes with a metal ring and this charger works even with the metal ring on my case, given that the metal ring is centered properly. My only issue is that I wish it were longer, preferably 6ft, since there are times I'd like to use my phone while its charging.
