Also very impressed with the staff and the annual product protection and service plan that covers multiple devices and screen protector installations etc :)

perfect concept and idea but…

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love all apple products but as much as i want to love this i just cannot. the idea of it is perfect like you could just slap your phone on the pad and it charges and even though you could actually, the problem is it overheats so much and makes my phone feel like it’s been laying in the sun for hours and i could’ve gotten passed it if that was the only issue but not only does it overheat, my phone takes twice as much time to charge like with my 20w adapter and usbc cord i can get my phone up to 60% in just 20-30 minutes. i want to love this so much, i do but unless there’s some improvements i don’t think this is right for me.
