    very fragile and if moved a lot seems like it will break very easily. Sometimes does not charge unless moved around. I am using iphone 12 max with otter case. Not as convenient as it should be. Expensive compared to alternatives. This with price of charger makes it expensive for its function.

    So far we are a little disappointed with this charging station. It works so well without a case and just your phone. We are tough people, do we still have hard cases on our phones so it’s hard or does not connect at all with a case on. It’s really slow charging also.
