    Purchase for the wife. She doesn’t have a MagSafe Apple case, but it does work for her. It magnetizes better to my Apple case with MagSafe, however.

    If you're getting a new iphone with MagSafe capable charging, you're going to want to buy this charger. Apple doesn't include it with your phone, they don't even include a charging brick anymore. It would be nice if they included this instead of the lightining to usb-c cable but they don't. They benefits of this charger is that is lines up the charger automatically and keeps it in place for the whole charge. You will need to also buy a usb-c charging brick with 20 watts or more if you don't already have one.
