Cord is short

Frustrated

Treadmill already installed and had to be,over again to put it on the mat. Online chat is worthless. They have no idea what is going on with Geek Squad.

Missing Plug

I thought I could use my prior USB plug, but this requires a USB-C plug.

Im finding that the charging isn't as fast as I thought it would be. I would say this is average.
