Does not charge through a thick case

Just got hot... bought an insignia stand charger for $20 that charges through the case with no issues, and it came with the hub. The apple one was sold separately...

Not useful if you expect a complete solution

I wonder if I bought a car how reasonable it would seem if it came WITHOUT TIRES. I'm not sure who I dislike more right now - Best Buy or Apple. But I won't be coming back for more Apple products here.

I tried putting it down without checking and aalking away thinking it aas charging. Woke up the next morning to 0 battery.

Don’t waste your money

We tried using it with an iPhone 11, 13 pro and 12 pro max and it didn’t work at all. Definitely will be returning it.
