I bought mine in apple. However, I could not write a review there. So just wanted to inform everyone here what are they buying. My complain is my magsafe charger is not charging in an expected time frame plus it is heating up my phone so much. I know heating up is normal however with the mag safe charger and case is just way too much. I dont wanna ruin my battery just bcoz of that. I used it few times only and never get fully charge when i reported it last time coz i was so afraid than even after 2 hrs its just in 60% batt plus its so hot so I stopped charging. The tech specialist asked me to charge it without the mag safe case, it actually charge faster than with the mag safe case. But still take long when to be compared with my usb c charger. And then last night, I tried again to charge with mag safe case. It heats up again but i let it charge coz I wanted to know how long it takes to be fully 100%. And when I check, it took 4 hrs. (WHEN DOES 4 HRS CHARGING BECOMES FAST CHARGING?) Mag safe charger and cass claims to be a faster charger. And with the mag safe case its not supposed to decrease the charging time coz its just doesnt make sense buying this product then? Therefore, mag safe case and charger is not worth buying if you are buying this because of its fast charging feature. I don't see any reason buying this.

Seemed to be good, but did not work because the iPhone was not compatible with the MagSafe.

Apple product that works but is over priced and no charger block. i had to buy an adapter so it would work with my charger. Still a waste because i have to buy another charger anyways.

I don’t really see the purpose of this device. It is no more effort to plug in the charging cord that comes with your iPhone than it is to attached this to the back of your phone. And this will take a lot longer to charge the phone. Also, I’d rather just have a Qi charger and lay the phone down on it if I’m going to charge wirelessly rather than having to pick this up and snap this on the phone. One other drawback—this can mess up your phone case. If you have a leather case, it won’t be long before you start seeing a telltale circle imprinted in the leather. It can have the same effect on silicone or soft material cases.

Doesn't stay connected very well. If you hit any small bump in the road my phone will fall off.

Trash! Died after a year. Apple is supposed to put out a superior product I thought, not the case here for sure. I purchased a product from another vendor that does exactly the same thing and included a USB c wall plug that was 75% less than just this thing. For sure not buying this thing again. Don't waste your money!!

Do not buy! It doe not come with the vital part, which connects the cord to the outlet. That particular part is extra $19.99. Too expensive for a simple charger, not worth the money. Shame on Apple for excluding charger from its iPhones. I am most definitely looking elsewhere when it is time to upgrade.

After 1 week of using, it stopped charging my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I thought it was a bad outlet or a bad charging brick so I changed the outlet and used a different charging brick. Apple needs to have better QA when selling their flimsy cables. I can't wait for other manufacturers to jump in with braided cables with LED. It does have points for ease of use.

It sort of boggles my mind that this has as many good reviews as it does given how impractical this is in actual practice. For the price, I could get several lightning cables that have some actual length to them unlike this MagSafe charger that has no cable length whatsoever. So, what am I supposed to do? Use a USB-C extension cable, situate my face permanently within 2 feet of a power source, or just let go of the thought of using my phone while it's charging? For the cost of the USB-C extension I could have yet another lengthy lightning cable. Basically, my point is this, this is gimmicky and impractical, and a long lightning cable is a better bet and also cheaper.

I give the overall device 2 stars. You cant tell if it still has any juice left or when it's fully charged. It will only give a partial charge to certain phones. For aesthetics 5 stars cuz it's cute but nobody cares if their phone is dead. :(

It has a very small “sweet spot” that it must be placed in order to function with the case and camera protrusion on the new iPhones. Not very practical. I plan to return mine.

I guess you could call it my fault? but this doesn not stick to my iphone xs max at all like I thought it would, Apparently you need a case for my model and those are more than the charger itself. unfortunately returning

Is this magnetic? I was a little skeptical, and it was very hot when charging. like a stove

Literally works worse and slower than a regular lightning cable. Don't wast your time
