MagSafe may not be so safe for your phone.

I started using it the first day and I noticed that my phone and the MagSafe Charging puck got really HOT. I have used wireless charges before with my prior phones, I never really experienced this much heat coming off of both devices. The next thing that I started to notice was that my tempered glass screen protector started lifting on the upper right side. Initially I thought it was just a defective screen protector, but 9-protectors (3-different brands) later...I came to realize this may be a heat issue. I also thought that this may be just a defective unit...that is until I searched for MagSafe heat issue. I found multiple posts and sources that talked about this issue. Many of the posts said that they have talked to Apple reps about this...and that they were told that this is normal. HOWEVER...just search the internet for iphone heat concerns and you will find that Apple is concerned about the impact of heat on your Apple devices.
