I have iphone 15 pro max. My phone is overheart when i charge with magsafe.

My main concern was having a case in my phone and using the mag safe charger. I bought a mag safe compatible case but the magnetic hold isn’t strong enough.

This product did not meet expectations, it made my phone heat up!

I do not recommend this unless you are using a MagSafe case, have a thin case, or have no case. Aside from the charger having a small footprint, it can't even charge a 12 Pro Max with an Otterbox Defender Pro case installed. My el-cheapo $5 Chinese Qi chargers have no problem charging w/ the Otterbox but this one simply doesn't work. It charges for about two seconds then drops. For the money Apple wants for this charger I would have expected better performance.

Not what I thought. Can’t charge through iPhone case

I’ve used other brands of magnet chargers and they’ve worked perfectly so I thought the Apple brand would be even better. I wish I knew how much this thing sucked before I bought it. I plug it into my laptops box charger & it still takes at least 4 hours to charge my phone fully, not to mention the magnet hardly works so if the phone falls out of the perfect spot it will stop charging without you even realizing it. I’d love a refund but it’s probably too late for me so hopefully I can save someone else the money.

I stick phone… it works. Have it in my car so i can charge… always keep you charged… doesnt fall with the brakes… love this thing so much.

Bought this charger because I thought it would fast charge l, but it does not. It actually heats up a lot even when It’s just sitting in the charger and I’m not using it

Personally didn’t like this product because it made my iPhone 14 very hot

This device is very small for an iphone. Some timeot does not do ota mai. Job, charging the phone or airpods. Apple could do better on this.

To be entirely honest I had to return it. I have the iPhone 12 Pro and it took forever to charge, it also got super hot. I ended up just using the regular lightning port... way better.

I purchased this on March 7, 2023 and the correct apple cube to go with it. And it has stopped working already. It makes no sense. I should be sent a duplicate, no one pays for something for it to last for less than 90 days. Highly dissatisfied.

I ordered this expecting something more than a paper weight. As it comes in the box, it is completely unusable, at least to me. I would also expect it would be useless to the majority of would be purchasers. Specifically because it needs a usb c attachment that is not included, either in the box or with the 900+ dollar phone you probably need the charger for. In general I would stick with the old usb a charger cords. They might be a bit slower, but at least there isn’t a $20+ surcharge for a new wall charger.

Good charger. I wanted to give it 5 stars. The mag safe feature is cool. Just wish the cable was at least a 1ft longer.

The item makes my phone warm and the item warm as well and just starts to wear down the case.

Bought for my mom and dad with their iPhone 12 pros along with MagSafe cases and they tell me it hasn’t been charging. While they are admittedly not great with tech, there do seem to be some bugs and since I heard last, their phones weren’t charging at all with this. I did some trouble shooting but I had hoped it would be simple for them to use and I think the chargers have ended up in a drawer. I’m not sure they ever got the chargers to work for them. In any case, apple is usually good for the technically challenged and I’m sad this product didn’t deliver the quality and ease of use it should have.

This MagSafe Charger is slower than the charger that came with the iphone and more expensive. It feels warm after charging.

the charger works as intended very good however you have too buy a separate usb-c adapter for it to work that's an extra $20

For me, this whole MagSafe initiative from apple just doesn't work. My phone has a wallet on tieback and it blocks the signal. If you have any kind of obstruction these things don't work.

This thing lasted just over a year and it’s glitching & not charging. Unacceptable given this is an Apple product - would expect from a knock off. Not happy at all!
