After doing the research after purchase it is a known issue. That, I can blame myself for. My three third party wireless chargers work with no problem. But a product designed by Apple for Apple doesn’t. As a big Apple fan I am strongly disappointed.

However, it doesn't come with the box that plugs into the wall and it is not the same connection as the old charging boxes. That is the reason for the 1 star. You must buy something else as this is not complete.

Can't charge iPhone with just this "charger"

That is absurd! You CANNOT charge your iPhone with this $39.00 "charger" unless you ALSO buy a separate $19.99 "Apple 0 USB Power Adapter". This is crazy. And the iPhone 13 ships without a power adapter, so customers have to spend a total of $60 to charge their phone!
