Best Buy will not let me return it. Apparently I had until the third to return it not even 30 days.

Tried taking off my case to see if that was the problem and it’s not. Tried another iPhone 12 and still didn’t work. Went back to using the lighting cable.

It works fine for an in-house charger. The problem is if you use it in conjunction with a mount for the car. It doesn't hold the phone as strongly as it needs.
