It don’t fall off you have to actually pull it off the back of phone or case. also very rapid charging!

However, something I learned upon using it was how even more convenient that when connected, you can turn the wire any direction based on where you are, and there won't be any strain on the cable, as opposed to having to plug it in using a traditional cable, and making sure it's not pulled too much in a certain direction. Not groundbreaking but just a nice feature.
