This is as good as it gets for a stylus pen. It's touch and pressure specific, holds long life, and works perfectly with the iPad.

Overall seems to work well with new iPad pro . I am still learning all functions and uses. I would recommend. The only issue I have is I bought the pencil a little while after ipad and cover so I have no where to keep pencil.

More than I wanted to really spend on a stylus, but it works great for the iPad, for writing, coloring, and just as a selection tool.

It's a nice accessory. Battery life seems adequate, but the pen is only being used to take notes. The price was high in my opinion. I would recommend it, but I would take off a star for the cost.

Use the pencil to draw on your iPad's screen with remarkable accuracy. Draw on the iPad screen, and see the results in an app on your Mac—in real time.

Like most Apple products (which I'm committed to) it will do as promised, but it doesn't replace a stylus or your digits completely. The good is the obvious they will promote in the ads. I would prefer a version that could have a dual function as pencil and stylus. It is unnecessarily long ergonomically. Put it in the charger and it looks like a railroad crossing bar - it does get in your way. However, it does charge rather quickly and holds a charge well. Another assist would be to have a way to hold the pencil in a contoured edge magnetically. For $95 I confess I fell victim to the 1st generation excitement that curses many of us - this will be a great product in three or four version upgrades.

This changed the way I use my iPad. It helps me take notes better and I can draw now.

The apple pencil is great to use with all my apps, but I like it best with notepad. I can write, draw and type with it easily.

It's an apple pencil.. it's what you would expect. I haven't had any issues with the battery or use.. but I do hate its design... you'd think being an apple product it would be well designed, but you'd be wrong. How it needs to be positioned to be charged is just.. moronic. They obviously acknowledged this with the 2nd iteration of the apple pencil. I needed the 1st gen to work with the ipad mini tho.. which is unfortunate because I'd much rather have overpaid for the apple pencil 2

I love the Apple Pencil. It feels great in the hand and easy to draw with on iPad. My daughter even uses it for her drawing animations.

The pencil is every bit as precise as advertised! It is far and away better than standard rubber stylus pens. The only things I don’t like are things I consider minor. One, there should be an indicator on the pencil for battery life rather than waiting until your device tells you there is 5% remaining. It would also be helpful to be able to see when it is fully charged. Two, it should have an easier way to disconnect the pencil from your device. Currently you have to disconnect from the Bluetooth menu or the pencil stays on and consumes battery even when not in use. These things are annoying, but I think they are relatively minor and should be something Apple addresses in future versions.

The Apple Pencil exceeded my expectations, there is little to no delay when writing, the weight is good, and it charges quickly.

The only drawback is the price. Being able to take notes is much better with the pencil than with a third-party, passive stylus.
