I bought the ipad pencil accessory because I love to doodle. I've often found myself sitting for what seems an eternity in a doctor's waiting room, or in a plane on a long travel route, bored and wishing I had something with which to entertain myself. I can't physically lug around an endless assortment of drawing pencils and paper everywhere I go, so this option gives me an efficient way to do just that. With the ipad pro and pencil combo, I can be a mobile artist anywhere I desire!

I bought the Pencil for my wife's new 10.5 iPad pro. She has since gotten into the habit of using it all the time, even for simple point & click tasks. The Pencil has opened up her ability to take quick notes as she uses the handwriting apps to jot down quick reminders and notes. Seeing as how she uses traditional planners, with a strong dislike of doing so digitally, I'd say the Pencil is helping her bridge the gap, enabling her to be more responsive when needed.

Works great and it charges very quickly. Easy to use.

I like the idea of having a stylus to take notes with long hand, it is easier for me than texting or using a touch pad keyboard. The biggest problem was that it is really easy to lose the end cap for the iPencil. I purchased a keeper from Amazon that attaches the end cap to the iPencil and provides a cover for the tip of the iPencil. The keeper also comes with a l loop t attach the charting piece to the charging cord so you don't lose anything. I didn't like paying $99 for this and think it should be included in the price of the iPad Pro.

Easy to use. Pairs easily by just plugging it in to the iPad Pro lightning connector. Works just like regular stylus or like a real pencil in those apps that allow annotation, handwriting or drawing

I bought my 13-year old artist an iPad Pro 12.9 inch. She loves it but needed a stylus to draw better. The iPad pen is perfect. My daughters beautiful drawings are even better now. The battery lasts a very long time. I haven’t needed to charge it since I purchased it and my daughter uses it every day. I’m actually curious to see how long the charge actually lasts. Easy to sync with the iPad and you only need to do it once. Wonderful accessory.

Still early, but so far it is as hoped/expected. Long battery life. Every student in my classes use one. The only thing is the lightning magnetic cap. Once removed, it may become easier to lose. Maybe there is an attachment to keep the cap attached to the pen while recharging like a lanyard.

The pen is expensive, and if you are an artist, you have to have it. It makes drawing on iPad Pro so enjoyable. The only thing i don't like about it is the price, 94 dollars is a bit expensive.

We have bought three iPads and three Magic Pens for our Grand Children and they are enjoying drawing number of pictures as they compete each other. Since schools are closed because of Coronavirus, kids are home and these Magic Pencils and iPads are an excellent way to keep them productive, busy and entertained.
