This pen is weighted very nicely. It is extremely accurate on the iPad Pro. I charged it fully, put it away for 3 weeks, and it was completely drained when I went to use it. I took one star away for this.

I’ve had the Apple Pencil for about a week and a half now. And I don’t regret the price or buying it. It does seem a lot but in the long run I think it’s worth it. Rather than buying a cheap knockoff for 30 buck that will last 1 year max. This pencil I have hopes to last at least 4 years (with good care by me) Biggest pro, super fast charging. I blinked at it went from 30 to 75%

This is really the only practical choice for an iPad stylus. It works great but is a little pricy. Recommend getting a silicone cap keeper to prevent losing the cap.

I've been wanting a stylus this good for some time. It feels great in my hand and is so precise. Love the quick recharge

Has a great feel to it and can be used in many different applications. The battery lasts a long time too.

Use it everyday no issues yet. I like that I can charge it through my iPad. It makes it convenient.

I love to draw and take notes for school with this apple pencil. It comes in handy.

I've bought several of these Apple Pencils (for the office - not going through them like a regular pencil!). The pencil writes well and feels good in your hand. Durable. Downside is having to plug it in to charge. It is easy to lose the cap and the adapter. For those reasons, the Gen 1 is not as nice as the Apple Pencil 2 - if your iPad can operate 2, I suggest getting it. The 2 magnetically sticks to your iPad and charges wirelessly - well worth the additional charge.

If you have a compatible iPad and are a student or an artist, this is an absolute must have.

Charges in five minutes and is responsive. Pricy but it is designed for the iPad.

I was checking out my iPad and realized that it supported the Apple Pencil. I got a great deal on this and use it daily! Great quality and easy to use. I’m not usually an Apple person…have Samsung cell phone …and I missed the ability I have with my Note 10 to take quick notes on the spot. This solved the problem! Well worth investing in!

I stopped delivery of the newspaper on my driveway due to unsatisfactory service. I kept the e-version of the paper and saved a lot of money. I always enjoyed doing the crossword puzzles in the paper. This Apple pencil lets me do the puzzles on my iPad, and it works great. When I find interesting news articles, I do a print screen, mark-up the article in the color I choose, and forward it to a friend I know will enjoy it.

I bought an iPad Pro so naturally assumed I would need the Apple Pencil. Not being so artsy I struggled to find much use for it. The device itself works great and I have no complaints but I quickly learned that I didn't use it often. I rigged up a way to keep it with my iPad and case but still worried it would get lost. My only complaint is that my iPad is Space Grey and the pencil is bright white. Ultimately I ended up returning it - great product just not very useful for me.

I purchased the iPad Pro 9.7" screen with a Smart Keyboard and the Apple Pencil. I was not sure the Apple Pencil would be very useful. The Pencil is a sturdy well constructed device. To charge the pencil you use an adapter on the eraser end of the device and plug the assembly into a lighting adapter charger. After charging you Bluetooth pair the pencil to the iPad Pro through the Pro's lighting adapter port. i've used the Apple Pencil with Apple Notes, the Paper 53 app and the coloring book app Pigment. In all three apps the Pencil work well in handwriting, drawing and coloring. Time will answer the question about the necessity of the Pencil but for now it is a useful and fun accessory.

The Apple Pencil is responsive and very natural feeling as you use it. Worth the money if you enjoy using a stylus. Only reason for 4 star is that Apple didn't include any kind of sleeve to store it in?

I use this pen for a lot of my digital art now. Great battery life and really easy to pair and use

I purchased this as an added Christmas gift to go with the IPad 9th gen that was bought for my granddaughter. It’s not the auto charging 2nd gen. But works very well and is just as good. My granddaughter is very happy with her gifts. She carry’s it wherever she goes

I was very apprehensive about buying this Pen! I thought this is just another gadget to get more money. I purchased it and have been pleasantly surprised with it. The lightening bolt connector for charging is in the end of it and that makes it nice. It charges quickly and has a good battery life. I like the drawing capability it has for use on the Ipad. I'm glad I purchased it!

I love this assessor. I can draw detailed lines very easily. I can do more detailed drawings and thats just the beginning
