I have to say, this pen does such a better job capturing my handwriting than all other alternatives (which I've had to cycle through to find this gem). I've even recommended that people buy the iPad pro just for the use of the pen. There's just no competition, being able to use the pen anywhere and in pretty much any app! I'd recommend using this with GoodNotes for note taking or Twiddla for online collaboration.

The Apple Pencil and a must have for anyone who truly enjoys using their iPad Pro. If you have difficulty with your hands, the pencil is absolutely essential for basic operations. My favorite use is doing mark ups on screenshots! So I can draw attention exactly where I want it when I save the photo or message it to someone else. This allows Percision you cannot get with any other stylus.

Got the new iPad for my wife and so she also needed this pen. She loves using it. Nice fine tip. Just plugs into the iPad to charge or has an adaptor that you can use to plug into the wall charger. Pen last about 12 hours. When using the iPad displays the battery life of the pen. Makes writing and playing games that need a more precise pointer better. I definitely recommend getting this if you get the new iPad.

This pen is ideal for drawing, plus it's a simple way to navigate.

It is a very handy tool for my I-Pad. It needs a clip so you can slide it in your pocket or some other way to keep attached to something so you can easily find it. It will roll away from you if you set it on just about any surface that is not perfectly level. I am afraid I will loose the cap when I am charging the pencil. It needs a better way to keep the cap with the pencil while you are charging it. The actual use of the pencil is about as hard as using a pen or pencil to write on a piece of paper, which is another way of saying it is very simple and easy to use.

I was always iffy about purchasing an apple pencil. Honestly, it was the best purchase I have ever made for grad school and work purposes! This pencil is highly compatible with my Ipad and makes note-taking a breeze. The battery also holds up nicely and can be charged on the Ipad. I highly reccommend!
