This pencil is extremely helpful at work and I now use it daily! However, if you are able to use the second generation pencil, I would recommend that for the sole reason that it is structured with a flat side so it cannot roll around.

Perfect tool!

I love to use coloring apps and it’s the perfect tool - the fine point adds an ability to make a finer touch on the pictures. I also love that I can use it to write an email or a note, which is then transcribed to typed text. So much fun!

Expensive, But Amazing

I just bought this for my daughters iPad. My Apple pencil is 3 years old and as long as you change the tips they work well. There are several great free and paid apps for Apple Pencil and the top 3 rated paid apps are totally worth the price. Awesome product thanks Apple

Better than a mouse

I bought the pencil, expecting to return it - but wanted to see what the fuss was about. It's great. Most often I use it like I would a mouse - it's precise and my screen stays clean. I think I will look into a 3rd party charging stand and "cap keeper." it looks silly hanging off the I pad to charge and I'm sure I'm going to loose the cap and the charge cable adapter
