Pencil works very well and it’s fun drawing on the IPad

When I stand up to leave a room, I tap my front-right pocket for my keys, my back-right pocket for my wallet, my back-left pocket for my phone, and my front-left pocket for my Apple Pencil. The Apple Pencil goes everywhere with me. I love it as much as any tech accessory I've ever bought, and I can't recommend it enough for creatives. (Tip: use Procreate on iPad)

Love the color, and great battery, lasts me about 3 days. I used it for planning my work and school schedule, taking notes, paying bills, and adding all of my daughters schedule(school, swim class, gymnastics, study time.. etc) When I watch videos (I usually use YouTube or Netflix apps) the battery does drain a bit faster and but will still last me at least a full day.

My daughter uses this with her ipad for school. She loves it! It has made her functions that she can do so much easier with the pen. Wish I would have gotten this for her years ago and would re-purchase if something happened to the one she currently has. Great purchase!

Great precision it feels like you are writing on paper, a must buy with the iPad pro.

For iPad 7, this was the only option. Works best for artists (Procreate app) to utilize pressure sensitivity/control, otherwise any compatible (cheaper) stylus will be adequate for general use. Wish it would hold longer charge (have to charge 1-2x per week), even with little use, on standby. If you’re a more serious digital artist, I would recommend iPad Air/Pro and the Apple Pencil 2. This setup is fine for our young girls (missed iPad 8 by a couple months)

Best professional choice I could make. This pencil is extremely helpful at work and I now use it daily! However, if you are able to use the second generation pencil, I would recommend that for the sole reason that it is structured with a flat side so it cannot roll around.

I have never really used a stylus or pencil before, to be able to compare, but it exceeded all my expectations and works great. it's very precise and palm rejection ion works good.

I've been trying to replace numerous legal pads and notebooks with my iPad for years but every stylus I've used has been inaccurate and too much of a hassle for that to be a real option. The Pencil is perfectly accurate and my actual hand never causes an accidental mark in the app I use (Noteshelf 2). I haven't used a piece of paper for notes at work in 3 months!

These are fun adds for an iPad. My kids use them to draw with. If your kid doesn’t enjoy drawing I would not necessarily recommend this item. The item comes at a cost premium and if you are just trying to see if they want to draw on their iPad there are far cheaper “exploratory options”. Obviously it syncs up super easily and everything works great. The cap is easily lost so prepare to buy a replacement if you want to protect the charge plug/port.
