I was not going to purchase the pencil to go with my new iPad but the sales man told me he recommended it. It was also on sale so I thought why not. Well I'm glad I listened to him! It's the best thing I could have done! I also use my iPad at my business with the Square stand and the pencil makes it so easy for clients to sign their names! No more fingerprints or scratches!!

Great for drawing and jotting down notes. This should have come out years ago!!

Probably one of the coolest purchases of 2020....still unsure what to do with it. However, my niece LOVES it -- she's an artist and she says it gives her full functionality when she draws and paints. Sweet! Also, was able to get it on sale, and with curbside pickup, so that was awesome.

I purchased this item to go with my daughter's iPad (regular iPad not air or pro). Works perfect and she loves it. She uses it for drawing applications on her iPad and has had no issues with connection or the way it works. It is a bit expensive, but it seems like everything is these days.

This is hands down, the only option to consider for an ipad stylus. You deserve the best, treat yourself! I lost my apple pencil after 3 days, then bought another one to replace it. I'm cheap, and I didn't even hesitate to make the purchase twice. Other pens will work, but not this well.

I have found the pencil very sensitive and easy to work with! I am only just beginning to try all the various ways to use it. I was able to create a written poem and decorate it in a way that the people that received it felt that I had done a watercolor painting and not created it on my iPad pro. I am looking forward to experimenting and accessing my creativity with this awesome device!

The apple pencil works great with the ipad pro. Its responsive and easy to write with. I would like to compare it to the apple pencil 2. If you want the latest and greatest technology go with the apple pencil 2, if you want a functional easy to use pencil that gets the job done for a cheaper price than the apple pencil 2, go with this one.

Unless ur a pro with money to burn this pencil is more a luxury add-on than anything. Would recommend to a friend who can spend the money and not feel guilty for it...

The apple pencil has made drawing, writing, scrolling and overall using my ipad to it's fullest potential much easier. I was worried my kids weren't getting any practice writing with school being completely online. Finger tracing words is not the same! It's easy enough for all of us to use.

Very Useful for school, lightweight product that is beneficial. Easy to charge and carry around.

I didn't have high hopes for the Apple Pencil simply because I couldn't see all of the uses for it. However, after purchasing one…I now get it. The accuracy and sensitivity when doodling is superb—Apple didn't oversell the hype. I have found uses for signing documents and annotating PDFs that now make me wonder how I lasted so long without this thing.

Charging the pencil perpendicular to my ipad was a bit weird; other than that, its precision is great. The price tag - could be much lower.
