I'm attached to my apple pencil. I'm a graphic designer and I use it for illustration. It responds to natural gestures very well and allows me to quickly complete projects. Definitely, recommend. My only gripe is that you cannot check the battery life of your pencil until a notification appears on your screen with the battery life reaches 10%.

The Apple pencil was a extra purchase i made for my friends daughter. She ha the tablet and she wanted the Apple Pencil. She just loved it. she can rite and draw and enjoy her tablet in a completely a whole different way now. You should get one with your tablet.

I had no clue how amazing the Apple Pencil would be! It absolutely changed my whole experience with using my tablet. You can write as fine & detailed as you would on a sheet of paper but you can also draw & shade & color with it. Simply amazing & easy & quick to charge. It looks sleek & elegant and it feels awesome in your hand.

When you spend $600+ for an iPad Pro it does not make any sense to not get the Stylus designed for it! There are a lot of processing components inside this Pencil - a lot of technology. It makes for instantaneous writing feedback and drawing as well as a large variety of path styles. A must have!

I was needing a way to design a logo on my iPad (6th Generation). The Apple Pencil was a great solution. It feels like I was drawing on normal paper. My only complaint is the method of charging. For the 1st generation pencil, it has to be connected to the bottom of the iPad or connected to the wall with a supplied dongle. Also to charge it, you are required to remove the small cap over the lightning connector that connects to the wall or iPad. I'm afraid that I might lose this cap one day.

If you’re an artist, photographer, need signatures, or just like to doodle this is a necessary add on for the iPads. The programs have matured to a state now where, while not perfect, they are definitely usable and will help greatly with you’re productivity. If you’re a digital artist this is a no brainer!

Love this Apple Pencil, it works great and feels great in the hand.

I love the functions that it provides. However, I did not understand why at the round end of the cap of the pen, it is not completely sealed off. the air gap for the signal or for ventilation? the other thing that I do not understand is that each time I power off the ipad, I need to re-pair the pen again with the same ipad. I thought that the pairing information is remembered in the memory of the ipad, and I can erase it through the setting manually if I want to. It seems that pairing info is not stored automatically after powering off the ipad.

this apple pencil works with the ipad. good for kids and adults who understand not to push hard on an ipad surface. we purchased to use for drawing on the ipad, with a drawing program, it works great and is sensitive to touch and pressure. It has a charger too.

I purchased a new iPad PRO and wanted to utilize the pencil feature of the tablet. I waited for a sale on the Apple pencil but there are few except for Best Buys $5 discount. I now have the pencil and like using it when I can. The pencil charges up very quickly and in a pinch it can be plugged into the iPad for a very rapid charge in less than a minute.

I've used an Apple pencil for more than 6 months, so I bought one for my wife for Christmas. She likes it and finds it very responsive and useful in the several games she plays. However, I am disappointed that it did not come with a charging cord which would be less cumbersome than having to plug it into the iPad when charging is required. Oddly enough, it came with the adapter but not the cord. Puzzling.
