The apple pencil is an essential accessory for any iPad Pro owner. The pencil enables handwriting capabilities and incorporates seamlessly into any workflow. Along with my iPad, this has completely replaced paper for me, from taking notes to signing documents to drawing for leisure. I highly recommend this along with the new second generation iPad Pros.

The Apple Pencil is a good accessory to my iPad Pro 9.7 but having used the Surface Pro 4 pen leaves me desiring for more features. I wish it had an eraser tip as this makes note taking more efficient. Also, there is not much friction between tip and the glass thereby affecting the notetaking experience. I write copious amounts of notes and the sound the pen makes when touching the glass bugs me a little bit. The good part: charging is quick, pairing is very simple (but need to deliberately unpair), and tips are now available for sale.

I had been putting off buying the Apple Pencil because it’s a substantial cost for essentially a stylus. One day I was in buying something else which I saved a lot of money on so I justified buying the this. I love it and use it all of the time. It’s especially useful for highlighting text, taking notes and school type stuff.

After the first pencil we received was defective, Best Buy sent a replacement one out the same day and the new pencil worked great. This is useful for individuals who like using a pencil when working on the iPad. Its also great for someone who likes to draw. Takes some getting used to but seems to be good value for the money.

A Christmas gift for my kids, they love it. They’ve been using it daily since they got it and love to draw/color on theo iPads. I’m sure they’ll use it more as they get used to its capabilities.

The Apple pencil was a extra purchase i made for my friends daughter. She ha the tablet and she wanted the Apple Pencil. She just loved it. she can rite and draw and enjoy her tablet in a completely a whole different way now. You should get one with your tablet.

I was skeptical until a student of mine was using one with an iPad during office hours. I falsely assumed this was the same as the blunt, soft pens available in so many places. This thing really works with the accuracy of a sharp point pencil. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is that I see no way to easily attach this pencil to your device. I have lost it twice already but fortunately have found it buried with other pens. Would not be a big deal if this pen did not cost 50 times more than my other normal pens.

The apple pen was very simple to connect. It also was soooo easy to use and my daughter loves it sooooo much. It was very easy to draw with the price was a little expensive but in the end just to see my daughters smile I would’ve paid double.

I've used an Apple pencil for more than 6 months, so I bought one for my wife for Christmas. She likes it and finds it very responsive and useful in the several games she plays. However, I am disappointed that it did not come with a charging cord which would be less cumbersome than having to plug it into the iPad when charging is required. Oddly enough, it came with the adapter but not the cord. Puzzling.

The Apple pencil is one of those accessories that the Ipad cant be without, either for artists or people just looking for a "stylus" the Apple Pencil is the perfect item. Sure the price is hefty, but the quality and functionality is far greater. It connects easily and works to perfection.
