This pencil is awesome I’ve been wanting this for a long time I finally got it and it’s so so smooth thanks I’m very happy about this can’t wait to update my iPad so I can’t get the second generation pencil as well but overall this product is great

It just works. It's easy to set up, you just plug it into your iPad and it connects in seconds. Writing is smooth and instantaneous. My only complaint is that the battery tends to drain quickly. You can do a quick recharge by plugging it into your iPad, but it would be nice if the pencil had some some of sleep mode.

The clerk was extremely helpful and was able to help me select the right option. It works great! I tried a couple of less expensive, non-Apple products, but as they say, you get what you pay for … they were not worth the savings!

We use this all the time with the proCreate app. You can find tons of resources for different brushes and it has great pressure sensitivity. I am a little nervous about potentially loosing the charging connector- it's really small so I keep it in an accessory bag with the charger. Other than that, it's perfect!

Pretty good Apple Pencil. I also have the Apple Pencil 2 for my iPad Pro which is better but you can’t use the 2 on the iPad 10.2 inch. That’s where this first gen Apple Pencil comes in handy. The thing I’m not a fan of is that you have to plug the pencil in the lighting port in the iPad to charge it. Besides that, it does what it’s intended to do very well.

I am so impressed with how the Apple Pencil makes things smoother on the iPad Pro. I used a regular stylus to take notes in class, it worked decent. After my stylus broke I decided to check out why this pencil is such a big deal. Well now I see why! It feels identical to pencil & paper. Awesome product. Definitely recommend!!!!

Great tool for drawing on IPad Pro, price is expensive,

This is by far the best stylus I have used and is so response with my 9.7 iPad Pro, but I'm not using it as often as I originally thought I would. I have used it for some photo editing which it is amazingly accurate with. I thought I would use it for note taking, but I haven't found the best app or utility that really makes it as useful as it could be.

This device works great. No log, Varies the stroke, from thin to heavy, light to firm. Apps are a little limited at the moment but the ones out there work well with this. It beats all the other stylus out there. Only negative, and its just mine, but I have arthritis and it was difficult holding this pencil as it is thin and slippery being so smooth. I solved that by purchasing a silicon cover that also holds the cap on the charging tab. Good product, pricing but worth it if you will be doing any drawing

This is a good product, specially when you are focus on design or drawing/editing apps on your iPad. It has several modes that help you reach the style that you need.

I am usually disappointed with devices with stylus... but the iPad Pro and Apple Pencil combo is the best out there. The response and accuracy are really good that I am able to take notes in class "neatly" compared to previous devices that I owned. Highly recommended!

Was a little skeptical about the pencil originally. I have been using the Wacom Intuos for quite some time and thought this couldnt be as responsive as my stylus I use for my computer. Wow was I ever wrong. I have yet to come across any lag issues. Runs smooth across the surface with fantastic response time and charging it is great. Super fast.

While I really like the apple pencil, all handwriting to text apps cost additional money which I wasn't expecting. Additionally, I don't really like how sometimes the pencil has delays when trying to erase. On the positive side, this is one of the most accurate pencils I've used to date. It draws smoothly and just as if I'm writing on paper. While it's a little more on the expensive side, if you invested in an iPad, then the apple pencil is definitely worth a buy.

I have used many digital pens, but none is more accurate and enjoyable to use for digital art and taking notes then this pencil. I start my work on the iPad with the Apple Pencil, and am significantly faster than actually working on the desktop. Other than the high price and PDD charging function, I would highly recommend this add on to your iPad Pro.

It worked really well with the iPad pro, which I purchased alongside the Apple Pen through the best buy website! Only problem was it took a bit longer to charge- BUT the battery did last a very long time. Also don't lose the charger adapter it is small and I lost mine but I replaced it and it was very well priced!
