Cool pen it's accurate the charge last a long time also.

The pencil is very useful with the iPad and gives you the ability to freehand draw or take notes.

This is a must get item to go with an iPad that it’s compatible with. If you draw, want to write notes, instead of typing them, then this is a must. When using it, it doesn’t take any other touch of your hand act as input. It feels natural to use and is very responsive.

If you have an iPad that supports the Apple Pencil, then having one is a must. The pencil is very accurate for taking notes, drawing, and even editing. The issues I have are that the pencil needs to stick out to charge (possibly causing a bent connector), It doesn't attach to the iPad (so it's easy to misplace), and I wish it had just a touch more of friction (to make it more like writing on paper). Overall, it is a good addition to the iPad.

I am just getting started with this. But so far so good. It helps in my photo editing and writing quick notes about my content I am getting ready to write. A game changer for me. Running an online business is hard but having the right tools helps with time and quality.

It seems the biggest difference between this and the new ipad pencil, is that when this one is attached to the ipad it looks like a lollipop instead of nicely attaching to the top of the ipad. Personally, I'm not concerned about the lollipop look. The functionality is great and that is what matters to me.

My son draws constantly and we end up having 8 million papers laying around the house. This was a no brainer purchase to keep the clutter to a minimum and continue to create his art. Coolest thing about the 1st generation is you don’t need a mega expensive iPad Pro to use it on.

This is a great pen to have if you like to write by hand. There are apps on the iPAD that allow you to convert handwriting to text. This is the pen to use if you like to do that. It is very smooth with drawing as well. Buy it at BestBuy because going to the Apple Store sucks. Best Buy has the pen and the great service.

I purchased the Apple Pencil because ever since the lockdown of the coronavirus my daughter had had to do all her work online. This Apple Pencil has been a big game changer because we were really struggling and now it makes everything very easy compared to using your finger.

The Apple Pencil is the best stylus ever made for the iPad to date - it really feels like using a pencil on natural paper. The Pencil seems long; but it feels great in the hand. I just took a star off because it would be nice if it had a LED battery indicator or something - the iPad tells the battery life in the notification panel; but, that's just not ideal. Apple also needs to design a Pencil that sticks to the iPad, or a case that could hold the pencil - I swear I'm going to lose it one of these days.

The Apple Pencil is a great product but if you're not into writing notes or drawing then it could be a waste of your money. It helps with writing notes in class or a meeting but I have a keyboard as well and can type pretty fast so I often don't use it.

I bought the pencil with hopes of being something great...well, it’s a cool gimmick. I haven’t really noticed anything greater than a “stylus,” but that’s not to say it can’t do more. I haven’t spent month on cool apps and I’m not an artist. I’ve merely used it for taking notes. The one concern I had was there is no clip to clip to a shirt or anything...its just there. I bought some accessories to go with it with the hopes that I don’t lose it.
