Nice to have two options available for charging. One with a conventional charger and the other by inserting it into the IPad charging port. Could have been less long and have more diameter. A cover for the tip would also be helpful. Otherwise, a great Apple device.

I got this to make digital art on my iPad, and it works perfectly. I recommend this 100% if you’re planning to do the same, and if it’s affordable for you of course, it has many features and a pretty good battery life!

I got the pencil when I bought my new iPad Pro 9.7 but didn't think I would use it so I returned it. Big mistake, I will be buying it again as now I can see there are many more uses than just drawing. I watched another consumer using the pencil on his iPad while editing a document and was amazed with the different uses the pencil provided.

This pencil is the real deal. It's the most accurate stylus for any device I have ever used. I have tried the surface pro pen and it doesn't even come close to the accuracy of the Apple Pencil. The only thing apple needs to fix is make it quieter when writing on the screen but I'm sure that will come later. Either way great product!

If you have an iPad Pro, the Apple Pencil is a must have. I use the Apple Pencil to write notes for school. It is so easy! Saves on paper, and weight in my backpack. The writing experience is so natural, I have no issues with it at all. If you have the iPad Pro, buy this and give it a try. It really is great to have.

The Apple Pencil is awesome. While drawing I experience no noticeable latency between the pencil and my iPad Pro. It’s as responsive as writing on paper and the pressure sensitivity is as good as any drawing tablet. If you plan on getting an IPad Pro to do design/photo work you definitely shouldn’t forget this!

This is a really nice stylus. It jas nice weight to it. A little slippery I put a little bit of grip tape around mine.

Accurate and responsive..battery last long enough..could use some replacement tips and a buttor or two wouldnt hurt..

More useful than I thought. Use it all the time. Was surprised that it needs ro be charged on a regular basis though. The end cap comes off and it comes with an adapter. I felt the need to also buy a little rubber tether to keep from loosing it while charging. Hence the 1 star deduction. But the pencil itself is a nice upgrade. It keeps your fingerprints smudges to a minimum on the iPad. Also great for signing electronic documents and handwritten notes etc.

I never used a pencil on iPad, this one is very fun while taking the notes. Only draw back is it is slippery.

Apple pencil works wonderfully. Best pen experience for drawing out there. A bit of a design flaw in that there's no magnetic part to stick it to the iPad pro and it doesn't have an official case or holder but it won't roll away on a surface based on its design so it's not a deal breaker for me. Love the smooth writing/drawing experience.

Its a wonderful thing to have while you have the iPad, it makes things so much better its really smooth, but i would recommend getting a case for it because the lid comes off easily but thats not their fault but overall the product is wonderful

Bought it for my daughter in school and doesn’t have to struggle with a stylus anymore highly recommend for academics!

Buy this with an iPad mini and you now have the most powerful traveling notebook tablet ever...period. Buy the Paperlike screen protector and you now have the best tablet experience for writing and drawing ever, feels just like you are writing in a paper notebook!

I had an Apple pencil like this one that stopped working after a few years of very limited use. My iPad Pro is a 2017 model and it will only work with this pencil so I had to buy a replacement. The iPad recognizes this pencil. Hopefully, I get more use of this new one.

Purchased the Apple Pencil for my new iPad before vacation. The cover over the charger end seemed to fit loosely but I thought that was normal. At the time of purchasing it, I also purchased a more expensive cover that not only protects the iPad from damage but also had a loop on the left edge specifically for storing an Apple Pencil. The first day I went to use it I removed it from the loop, and discovered the cover over the tip was gone. We spent considerable time looking for it in our vehicle and the computer bag I'd stored the iPad in, but to no avail. Since then I have used the pencil and like it but, it was a huge disappointment to lose the cover. Had I know that was possible, I would never have 'stored' it on the iPad cover, but put it in an enclosed case. I think Apple needs to look into the design and perhaps make a firmer connection between the pencil and the protective cover over the charging end, which could be damaged due to being exposed.
