I really enjoy my Apple Pencil. I was a little skeptical at first because I've already had gone through three different types of stylus. I decided to give the Apple Pencil a try and I love it. I will say that if you aren't a serious drawer or student who takes notes then I would look else where for less pricey stylus. I take notes every single day and this pencil is amazing. Connecting it to my iPad Pro is extremely simple, and the writing is way better than the other stylus' I've used.

This very fancy, rather costly tool is worth every penny I paid. It works well, charges quickly and pairs easily to my recently purchase iPad Pro. It only works with the Pro, by the way. My young students use it to work on the tablet and it is significantly easier for their young coordination to manipulate than their fingers or even my other high-quality stylus tools, and I have come to depend on it with apps that use handwriting recognition. If you do a lot of that, prefer to manually take notes or like to doodle in graphics apps, I highly recommend it. I did try it out at the store a number of times before finally deciding to get it. I also encourage you to do the same. If you only occasionally dabble, it might not be a good investment. I have saved myself a lot of time not having to re-draw something that I used to "fat-finger" and botch up then have to re-do. It's been very useful and I'm really pleased with it so far. Tip: if young children are using it for writing or drawing, you may wish to consider sliding a squishy pencil grip on it. It has very smooth barrel; I leave it on for my own purposes and it helps keep the pencil in it's place during storage.

Love using this in procreate. Zero talent and zero skills but still able to put together some nice drawings. I don’t use it for day to day operation but all of my work notes go on my iPad now and drawing is why I bought it. Really enhanced my 9.7ipad pro experience.

I was really wondering if this purchase would be worth it. After using it for a while now, I have really found a benefit. It has made it a lot easier for me to navigate not only on the iPad but also on my virtual desktop that I access through my iPad. I'm able to function more effectively on the go and it also draws pretty well :-)

I have found this little gem wonderful for daily use. I have many spreadsheets and items to edit on webpages and don't have the daintiest of fingers. This little guy allows me to select and edit with ease instead of being frustrated trying to precision touch with my fingers. Also fun to just doodle on in notes and other art apps.

Luv this pencil. I am always using it. Battery life is pretty good. ONLY complaint is that when the battery gets low, my iPad sometimes doesn't react to the pencil, but I think that might be part pencil, part plastic cover on my iPad. MUST GET! Cant imagine not using it. PERFECT for taking notes, and on certain games.

I have used four type of stylus to avoid buying the expensive Apple Pencil. I got this for Christmas and I recommend the pencil if you own an ipad. The pencil is design to work perfectly with the ipad. I had no issues since i got the pencil.. Sadly I recommend you get one 100%

The Apple Pencil is awesome. While drawing I experience no noticeable latency between the pencil and my iPad Pro. It’s as responsive as writing on paper and the pressure sensitivity is as good as any drawing tablet. If you plan on getting an IPad Pro to do design/photo work you definitely shouldn’t forget this!

Purchased the Apple Pencil for my new iPad before vacation. The cover over the charger end seemed to fit loosely but I thought that was normal. At the time of purchasing it, I also purchased a more expensive cover that not only protects the iPad from damage but also had a loop on the left edge specifically for storing an Apple Pencil. The first day I went to use it I removed it from the loop, and discovered the cover over the tip was gone. We spent considerable time looking for it in our vehicle and the computer bag I'd stored the iPad in, but to no avail. Since then I have used the pencil and like it but, it was a huge disappointment to lose the cover. Had I know that was possible, I would never have 'stored' it on the iPad cover, but put it in an enclosed case. I think Apple needs to look into the design and perhaps make a firmer connection between the pencil and the protective cover over the charging end, which could be damaged due to being exposed.

If you have an iPad Pro, the Apple Pencil is a must have. I use the Apple Pencil to write notes for school. It is so easy! Saves on paper, and weight in my backpack. The writing experience is so natural, I have no issues with it at all. If you have the iPad Pro, buy this and give it a try. It really is great to have.

I never used a pencil on iPad, this one is very fun while taking the notes. Only draw back is it is slippery.

More useful than I thought. Use it all the time. Was surprised that it needs ro be charged on a regular basis though. The end cap comes off and it comes with an adapter. I felt the need to also buy a little rubber tether to keep from loosing it while charging. Hence the 1 star deduction. But the pencil itself is a nice upgrade. It keeps your fingerprints smudges to a minimum on the iPad. Also great for signing electronic documents and handwritten notes etc.

East to charge and easy to use, works well on the ipad

So far so good. Make sure to verify which generation you can use. Thisnone works for ipads thatnhave the curved edge! Excellent addition to my art supplies. I create line art digitally and this makes the process so easy.

This is a really nice stylus. It jas nice weight to it. A little slippery I put a little bit of grip tape around mine.
