So far so good. Make sure to verify which generation you can use. Thisnone works for ipads thatnhave the curved edge! Excellent addition to my art supplies. I create line art digitally and this makes the process so easy.

The Apple Pencil is a must buy for power users that have an iPad Pro. You don't have to be an artist or a designer to use the Apple Pencil. It can be used for so much more and it also cuts down on the amount of finger prints on the screen. When using this for drawing and writing it actually feels like a real pencil. Amazing!

The Apple Pencil is longer than a normal pen but the weight is balanced. There is no clip but you can remove a mechanical pencil's clip and place it on the Apple Pencil. Likewise some ink pens have removable "grips" that you can slip on the Apple Pencil. I use the Apple Pencil exclusively for drawing and it works great towards that end. I will give a five-star rating if Apple ever includes storage options for the Apple Pencil and includes an eraser function on the Apple Pencil itself.

I have never been a big fan of this initial Apple Pencil design.. the need to carry around the charging adapter is pretty annoying. But it is what it is.. it works like it should, easy to pair, stays connected, can charge from the iPad port if you don’t have the adapter. The battery drains pretty quickly if you keep it attached to an iPad case even while not using it.. (I think the pencil wakes up when it senses movement)

I've always done a good number of virtual meetings, but with the pandemic, now all meetings are remote. The Apple Pencil is a fantastic way to annotate slides and sketch out ideas as I share my iPad screen via the web meeting platform. It is a must have for me.

The Apple Pencil allows you to write, draw, color, and create art on your iPad. The apps the I have downloaded on my iPad for the Apple Pencil is wonderful. The apps and pencil provides me with the opportunity to spend time being creative while I'm on the go, instead of always playing games and watching movies on my iPad.

Bought this to go with my iPad pro. Wasn't sure I needed it. Still not. It works. At least the second one does. Had to return the first, because it didn't. The battery life isn't the greatest. On an upside, it recharges fast. So, in summary, it works well when it works, and it's usefulness is still to be determined.

Works just the way it says. Holds a gray charge. I’ve used it for two days all day taking notes and it finally said 10% at the end of the day.

My husband had one that I borrowed occasionally and would not spend the money on myself. He supprised me with my own for Christmas and I use it all day every day- only stopping to charge it. It even works as a stylus!! The Belkin holder case is a must and amazing!!! I would not get a pencil without buying that case also!!

I love my Apple Pencil. I had stopped using my iPad because I didn’t like to type on it or draw with my fingers. I couldn’t see the lines. With the Apple Pencil I can see the lines when I draw and I don’t have to type anymore. I can write like I have a pad of paper. Also helps keep my screen much cleaner.

I use this with my iPad pro. I'm a college student and use my iPad and apple pencil for everything I do. The battery life is great. I rarely have to charge it. When I get notified that I'm at 5% I plug it in and within 15 minutes it's usually around 40% which lasts for days. So happy with this purchase.

This is the best option for my iPad Air 3. Great for drawing and note taking.

Honestly, Apple is the ONLY company that has successfully figured out stylus input. It works so seamlessly, the only thing missing is the tactile feel of paper, and they make a screen cover that essentially does that. Anyone that is on the fence about picking up a pencil with their pro should just do so,

While the 2nd generation pencil is out, many people own iPads compatible with the 1st gen pencil. It works BETTER than I ever imagined and continually remains relevant. No matter what you use your iPad for, the Apple Pencil will enhance the experience.
