Fun Drawing
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The apple pencil though it is the first gen has all features of the 2nd gen pencil other than how it charges. So far it is retaining charge for weeks and if you forget to charge it, just plug it into the ipad for 30 seconds and you are good to use it for 30 minutes.

Overpriced
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overpriced but also very good. Easy to use. Not worth if you don’t need it.

Works Great, but....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an "older" iPad, although I just bought it new from Best Buy. They guaranteed I was getting the latest version ...NOT.... The pencil works great but you do have to charge it by plugging it into the iPad or a charger and, you have to pair it by plugging it into the iPad, each time you turn your iPad off. A little inconvenient, but it still does the job....works as advertised. And, Apple throws in an extra 'point'

Great iPad Accessory
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love my Apple pencil; purchased this one for my mother-in-law for Christmas so it hasn't been used yet...only downfall to mine is having to remember to charge it, but a charge will last a couple of days for me. Thankfully, I haven't lost a tip or the charging cap yet...knock on wood!

Apple Pencil
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product. My wife takes a lot of notes for work and this pen is very responsive and writes clearly on her new ipad. You can charge it as the eraser end plugs right into the lightning port on the tablet.

I love it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think it lived up to the hype. It feels nice to use and it’s got a nice feel. My only complaints are it should have a way to attach to the iPad or it’s Smart Cover. And don’t loose the charging adapter! They don’t sell them and are hard to find! If you have a pro iPad it’s not complete with out this!

Awesome Addition to iPad
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased along with an 8th Gen iPad for my daughter and she loves it. The pencil works great and allows for quite a bit of tuning for pressure to get the perfect lines. Make sure it is compatible with the iPad you have before purchasing.

Great product.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To be honest I was skeptical of this item. For the longest time I refused to spend 100 dollars on a pen. I broke down and bought it for my private practice and I love it. I can have clients sign paperwork right on the iPad Pro, I can have children use it for their drawings. I highly recommend this item.

Better than I thought!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a student and I wanted to be able to take notes on my iPad without worrying about the quality of the written words, the speed at which I write, etc. The Apple Pencil actually exceded my expectations! I'm left handed so I thought it wouldn't work as smoothly, but it does exactly the job that it's meant to do.

Great for artists and students
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I first bought this pencil to draw with. I use procreate and my iPad Pro and it’s a gem. It’s the closest thing to writing on paper but better because it’s easy to change and fix mistakes. I also use it with notability to take notes for class. Absolutely worth every penny.

Great add on accessory
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you like to draw and want a stylus that goes above and beyond, then this is a must have. It works flawlessly and is easy to pair with the iPad Pro. I would recommend purchasing a 3rd party charger for the Apple Pencil, because the only way to charge the Apple Pencil is through the Lightning port on your iPad Pro.

The Best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was concerned about how well the pen would hold a charge. It does quite well and will charge through the i pad port very quickly and only drain the i pad very little, and are able to see the progress on the i pad.It comes with a adapter for a charger but faster on the i pad and keeps it paired.

A pleasure that has design quirks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Apple Pencil is such a significant product I replaced my seemingly perfect iPAD and other stylus with an iPAD Pro and the Apple Pencil. It feels nice, is responsive, provides the fine lineweight other styli don’t offer. Downsides? It’s always connected to your device unless you make the effort to disconnect. More disturbing is when you need to sync or charge...it cantilevers from the iPAD and just looks bizarre.

Pro pencil
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very nifty component to pair with the iPad. I love that it makes it easier to hand write notes on the screen and it makes it much more legible than writing with my finger! Awesome accessory to have! Just wish there were some charging alternatives....but I'm sure apple will address this topic soon enough!

Works as intended
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works fine with iPad (6 gen) - responds to both pressure and angle. The only problem is that there is no Apple's native app for drawing except for Notes. Here you can see all benefits. Other apps (even good ones) either do not track angle or act weird on pressure change.

Simple to connect
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had a fluke and the first two pencils were defective but the third one connected very easily. It was also ready to use right out of the box. Well worth the investment due to ease of use and allows my daughter to take notes quickly since she is a slow typer.
