bought used at local best buy. it's quite an expensive item for just being a stylus... but works fine.

I bought this to use with an IPad that was given to me. I'm a first time user. It took getting used to using it, buy it works well. It holds a charge nicely, I guessed it depends on the amount of times it's used.

Not much I can say about a pen, but I like it. It would be fun if it came in a variety of colors. I need a sticker or something to identify it from others that have one. This is first generation, so the charging is weird. But charge lasts forever.

Great stylus that works flawlessly with the iPad. If you find yourself taking notes for school/work I'd highly recommend picking up this stylus. It's expensive, but worth the investment. Writes well, feels great, and I have not had any issues with it yet.

I haven’t done a lot with the pencil but I especially like how screenshots can be marked up for notes or editing purposes. I haven’t had time to doodle or draw much but have used it for writing in Notes. It is super easy to charge and holds a charge well as far as I can tell.

Purchased as a birthday gift for a friend. She loved it and uses it for her iPad, and iPhone.

It's a pencil for the Ipad...and it works like a pencil, but without the lead and graphite and all that, so it's pretty neato. Also, if you are attacked by a small to mid-sized animal (non-rabid), and you have both your Ipad and this pencil...you effectively have a sword and shield combo with which to protect yourself.

The Apple Pencil is such a significant product I replaced my seemingly perfect iPAD and other stylus with an iPAD Pro and the Apple Pencil. It feels nice, is responsive, provides the fine lineweight other styli don’t offer. Downsides? It’s always connected to your device unless you make the effort to disconnect. More disturbing is when you need to sync or charge...it cantilevers from the iPAD and just looks bizarre.

Great pen for a graphic designer/artist. I use the app Astropad and can connect to all my Creative Cloud programs on my computer with it and can draw directly on my iPad Pro. My mom also loves the pen because it helps with her arthritis. She can browse and play games on her iPad with accuracy and less discomfort.

Bought this to go with the iPad I got my sister for Christmas, she loves it! She has even gotten back into art as a result of having the pencil to use. No issues connecting and decent battery life.

I am ever so pleased with the Apple Pencil , it is not just a stylus, it works like a full writing pen or pencil. I was worried I would have buyers remorse after buying it, but I love it and learning how to use it better everyday.

I think it lived up to the hype. It feels nice to use and it’s got a nice feel. My only complaints are it should have a way to attach to the iPad or it’s Smart Cover. And don’t loose the charging adapter! They don’t sell them and are hard to find! If you have a pro iPad it’s not complete with out this!

Was concerned about how well the pen would hold a charge.It does quite well and will charge through the i pad port very quickly and only drain the i pad very little,and are able to see the progress on the i pad.It comes with a adapter for a charger but faster on the i pad and keeps it paired.

I originally purchased this from a little girl she’s been using it and she really likes it..... after a while I started using it making notations on my notes , I must say this is really nice it’s just like having a pen or pencil but I know tablet and make screen notation is very accurate

To be honest I was skeptical of this item. For the longest time I refused to spend 100 dollars on a pen. I broke down and bought it for my private practice and I love it. I can have clients sign paperwork right on the iPad Pro, I can have children use it for their drawings. I highly recommend this item.

Although the Apple Pencil isn’t a necessity for me, I still make sure to use it daily with the iPad Pro, I do wish it would work with my other Apple products, but I got it mainly for the cool factor and so I won’t complain. Would recommend if you use your iPad Pro daily. Happy with mine.

Apple pencil is one of the "better if you have it" if your in college. With an iPad note taking apps, it's just one less notebook to carry in your backpack, you can write as much for as many classes as you needed to. Recommend!

I bought this pencil, super excited to use it on my iPad Pro. I’ve heard nothing but great things, yeah, it’s expensive but it really does replace the good old pencil & paper.

Love using the apple pencil on my iPad air for note taking. Have never had trouble with it connecting and it holds a charge for a long time. The only thing is charging it by plugging it into the iPad air is kind of awkward as it just sticks out from the bottom. Not the worst thing but when comparing it to the new apple pencil, being able to have it charge next to the iPad pro is much more practical.
