It's very precise with little lag-time. It's high quality. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the high price.

I'm a student and I wanted to be able to take notes on my iPad without worrying about the quality of the written words, the speed at which I write, etc. The Apple Pencil actually exceded my expectations! I'm left handed so I thought it wouldn't work as smoothly, but it does exactly the job that it's meant to do.

If you like to draw and want a stylus that goes above and beyond, then this is a must have. It works flawlessly and is easy to pair with the iPad Pro. I would recommend purchasing a 3rd party charger for the Apple Pencil, because the only way to charge the Apple Pencil is through the Lightning port on your iPad Pro.

I got this for my 7th generation iPad. It works amazing and definitely makes the experience with my iPad even better. I would recommend if you have the extra money to get an iPad Pro and get the new Apple Pen. The functionality and magnetic integration is significantly more thorough. Only complaint would probably that there is no easy way to see what the current battery level is.

The apple pencil is so adaptive to how you use it as far as shading and how much pressure you use. It's like using a real pencil which is perfect for an artist. The best part is if your using the pencil on your ipad, you can rest your hand on the screen and it wont be confused as to what your drawing with.

When I finally decided to upgrade my really old iPad to the newest version I went on to purchase the pencil as well. I'm so glad that I did! You don't know all that you are missing out on until you have it and I'm just starting to learn all the possibilities. And I'm having a lot of fun doing it too.

I love using this to color and sketch on my iPad. The pencil holds a charge for a long time. Also comes with an extra tip. Apparently over time the tip can wear down and should be replaced to prevent damaging the iPad screen. I highly recommend this product.

This is a very nifty component to pair with the iPad. I love that it makes it easier to hand write notes on the screen and it makes it much more legible than writing with my finger! Awesome accessory to have! Just wish there were some charging alternatives....but I'm sure apple will address this topic soon enough!

This is what I've been waiting for since my first iPad. I've tried several styluses and have been disappointed by each of them. Finally this one works! The ease of use and the flexibility of style make this a winner. Is there room for improvement? Of course, but it is so far ahead of anything else.

This should of been a staple for the iPad's from the get go. Palm rejection is flawless. Writing is very smooth but takes a little adjustment; not much. Excellent with note taking apps (Tested with Goodnotes & Onenote). Charging through the iPad is somewhat ridiculous but the great functionality compensates for this.

Very happy with our purchase of the Apple Pencil. My grandchildren use it all the time on my iPad and play games, draw and other activities. We have purchased two iPads and pencils and have very please with each one. We would definitely recommend these items to our friends and families.

Bought for my school iPad, and works without a hitch. Responsive, accurate, and amazing palm rejection. Charging is a bit of a joke, I really wish that you could charge it without plugging into the port of the iPad, but in fairness, it charges fast and works for hours off of a 10 minute charge.

The Apple pencil is sensitive and accurate. I would like to see a better means to charge the device. You can plug it into the iPad but you have to remove a little cap which is easily lost or with a phone charger using a little female to female including adapter which is, again, easily lost.

I am NOT an Apple person but the Apple pencil and the iPad are the best tools for digital artists on a (slight) budget. I wish the cap that goes over the charger was a little more secure but overall it's a savior for my art

I have enjoyed using the apple pencil. My husband likes it because he has problems typing on the qwerty keyboard with his thick fingers. It takes very little pressure to work. I did have one problem with it after I updated my ipad. The pencil would not work. But they plugged it in at the store and it updated and now it works again. There is no indication on the pencil that it needs charging or that it is fully charged. This is a problem.

Love this product works very well and can use it over and over without any problems. I did want to buy the off-brand but since I am new to Apple I just decided to get the Apple brand one so that I do not have any issues.

Works great. Seems a little overpriced though, the grip feels a little slippery

Awesome!! Works great with the IPad. If you are in college or any type of school it is great to take notes with.

Wacom did have the first tilt pen that I used years ago, but it's nice to get it on a tablet form that doesn't cost as much as a Cintiq did back then. Pressure is detection is near perfect. The only thing I needed was a screen protector to add a little resistance to make it feel more like writing on paper. I wish they'd offer different nibs like the old Galaxy note tablets had to mimic felt, pencil, and pen.
