I bought the iPad Pro to use in Court and the pencil for writing notes on the fly. It works great for the purposes that I bought it for. I don't use it for drawing or other functions so I cannot speak to those.

I have an apple pencil for teaching and use it every day to teach my lessons. My husband tried different stylist and non compared to the apple pencil. Got him one for Christmas and he loves it. Don't like the price, but it works great.

What can I say? Another great Apple product! Works really well with my IPad Pro’. I can scroll through many apps with my pencil! Easy to charge since I bought the Techmatte charger! Get this product!

Works as you would expect, I bought this instead of the 2nd gen because I didn't want/need to spend the money for a pro or and air so it was the only apple pencil option that worked with my 8th gen iPad. If all you need is to take notes on a large surface or do some light drawing this pen works great.

Bought this to go with an iPad for a Christmas present. My niece wanted to be able to draw. She loves drawing and that was her big request. She wanted a tablet/computer to draw on. She is very happy with this.

During pandemic the professor would provide documents on line for support of his lecture. With this pen you are able to make notes directly on her materials during the lectures. Fantastic

While it is much better at palm detection for writing it still glitches and catches you palm when writing from time to time. I’ve noticed it mainly when my hand is touching in more than one spot. That being said, I love the product and it is 100% better than using a generic stylus. I got it specifically for medschool notes. It has worked really well for that.

I got this for my daughter to use in college for notes. She is a nursing student and was using a ton of notebooks and wanted to lessen all of the paper she was using but still get the benefit of tactile/kinesthetic learning.

I love the Apple Pencil! I used it for note taking in college because I prefer hand written notes/graphs/diagrams over typing. I love how it responds perfectly to pressure and also angle of the tip. I could see this being great for artists!

I purchased this pen with an IPad. It's pricey. However, it keeps a charge for a week and I use it all the time. What I did not know is that it has a little magnetic strip which gets a charge from the Ipad itself.

When I first bought the pencil it was for my iPad but discovered that it was for the wrong one so I exchanged it for the right one and I am happy and loving it.

This is one versatile pencil. I use it with the Notability app for IPad, let’s me draw or write anything.. love this pencil...Also love BestBuy for having awesome displays and sales people to assist with purchasing these products..

I'm a professional musician and I bought the iPad Pro 12.9 and pencil to use for music reading purposes. The pencil functions perfectly and I use it almost daily to make notes and comments on my sheet music.

I was given a ipad for Christmas but did not end up using it - gave it to my daughter who is an artist and she asked for one of these pens. now she can drawl when she is getting ready to go to sleep. cool!

I must admit that at first I thought it would be some type of over glorified stylus. But I wanted to give it fair shot and I love it. It really is very precise and paired with a good app like Adobe Sketch (free) or Procreate (not free) you can do quite a lot.

Apple needed to introduce this long ago, great replacement for the standard stylus. Writes like a real pencil, very fast refresh on the new iPad pro 10.5. Able to zoom in and get great detail on drawings and has taken note taking to a whole new level.

I absolutely love my apple pencil! I use it for procreate, and it works so perfectly that I don't know how i lived without it!

Bought for oldest daughter to replace stylus she was given at the early college with her iPad. She loves the feel of it a lot more than the crayon stylus.

So far good. I wiah every platform had a method so easy and seamelss for marking I up documents, taking hand-written notes or making sketches. So far, Apple does it best
