I bought this for my wife who is a teacher. She uses this instead of paper and pencil with her display for teaching daily and is now able to eliminate half her work and can snap shot her notes to save for future use digitally.

Easy to use. Bought a separate sheath to store it as the tip feels a bit fragile. Only thing I would suggest changing is making the tip soft as the pecking noise is a bit annoying. But over all a great buy.

Was really excited to try out the pencil and it did not disappoint. Feels amazing in your hand, quick to charge. I use it to primarily mark up PDFs for work, so I can't really speak to how it functions for a more artistic perspective. But I really love it.

I use my iPad for school. Ever since I got the Apple Pencil, I’ve taken notes on my iPad and let me tell it’s been great. No more hustling in class for new note paper and no more being worried about getting more lead for my mechanical pencil.

I love my Apple Pencil.i use it mostly for drawing and I have nothing negative to say about it.it is a little costly but I purchased mine with a $20 off rewards from Best Buy. If you enjoy drawing or just doodling on your IPad Pro this is a must have.

Too expensive but my daughter did use it a lot until she had to buy the 2nd gen smh. I will be switching back to Samsung because these products come included with purchase. Recommend if you draw

I had my iPad pro since it comes out but never got the pencil... now that I have I noticed that I was missing basically half of the benefits from an iPad pro. Highly recommended

I gifted this pencil to my husband this Christmas and he loves it. He literally carries it everywhere along with his tablet. He said I made his job easier. So far no issues with it.

Overall, this is a great addition to certain apps i use. My tablet had no problems sync'ing with it and it charged quickly. I wish there was a way to see how much battery life is left before it just stops working.

The first gen Apple Pencil is great at what it does - write on the iPad. The charging from the lightning port is a bit janky but does charge fast. Pencil cap is easily lost. Gen 2 pencil offers some solutions to these problems, however at this point first gen pencils are incompatible with second gen pencil compatible iPad devices.

OK, OK, so I had to have the iPad Pro - but who knew how the Apple Pencil would add to the usability of the pad!! It is unbelievable!! Responsive, feels like a pencil, quick charge via USB port - truly makes for an all around experience!! I love it! Wow!!

Came with iPad purchase as an experiment in doing work on the portable iPAD w/o traditional scrolling or touch screen. Powerful tool to aid in being more productive and comfortable with the scrolling operations on an iPAD.

was thinking between this and the newer version and i'm glad i chose this one. just as good as the new one.

I bought this pencil to start learning how to create art via my iPad. It works wonderfully, and holds a charge well. I would 10/10 recommend.

My wife gave me this pencil ro go with my new iPad for Christmas. It works great with my new iPad! If you buy an iPad definitely get the pencil with it.

I though the tip would have a little more of a rubber grip feel to it. The pencil itself is very smooth; kind of slippery. May need sleeves/grips to firmly hold the pencil. Other than that, it performs like a pencil when used with apps.

I love it so much, I use it for my drawing assignments or commissions. I think it's best to find a case for it since the cap gets lost easily but I don't have any issues with it so far.

This Apple Pencil does so much more than just writing and erasing. It comes with a large pallet of colors and is great for drawing pictures, too! Very happy this purchase!

Ideal pen when it comes to writing notes in class. I also enjoy drawing on procreate with this. No complaints on the battery life.

Works exactly as advertised. Build quality is very solid. The charging is a little weird in that you have to plug the pen into the iPad or use the adapter to use a lightning cable, but that would be my only complaint. Battery life is good.
