Got it for my Gen 8 2020 iPad. I am happy to charge it the old way, so this all works out well for me. I have used it a lot for drawing and writing and I like the way it feels.

I purchased the Apple Pencil for my granddaughter's 9th birthday. I also got the app Procreate. Within a couple of minutes, she was watching YouTube videos walking her thru the basics and drew for the next couple of hours. She loves it!

The Apple Pencil really feels like you're writing on paper. With the new iPad Pros there is virtually no lag. And it's super easy to pair with multiple iPad Pros. Just stick it in the the lightning port and wait a bit and you're good!

I ha even had almost every tabket stylus combo. Surface pro, Samsung tab pro, various iPads with various 3rd party stylus. This is by far the best! I was worried there was no stylus hover on the screen , but it is so accurate you don't need it!

At ease pen for IPad is great for drawing when using as a sketch pad.

Great addition to iPad! I use mainly with drawing programs but it works with signatures and point and click on any app. Charges quickly by plugging into iPad and lasts awhile!

My daughter loves it!! Got it for her to draw on her ipad...she created her mascot for her business with it! I guess if you know what you're doing with it, you will love it!!!

Felt that the pencil is a little on the pricey side but our girls love it! Of it! Works really well with their writing and artwork on their tablets.

Writing with the Apple Pencil is fantastic. I have used several stylists and will now gladly pay the $100 for a Apple Pencil. It mimics writing on paper so closely that I have mostly given up using pen and paper for work.

I bought the new iPad 10.5 inch and this pencil compliments it so well. My niece loves to use it for drawing as well. The design is sleek with a great battery life. I cant believe it's 30 mins of use only after 15 seconds of charging.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. It works perfectly and the kids use it to draw. Great choice, good price

I like taking notes by hand sometimes. I use this with a matte screen protector and a notebook app. All three give me the feeling of a paper notebook and the experience keeps my creative juices flowing!

Works as it should, battery seems to last a long time, though I only use it at most about 4 hours session then I charge it, whether it needs it or not

We use the pen to edit pictures and other art apps that wife uses on her iPad. It functions well and the battery last longer then expected. However the charging process is a little awkward because of how it sticks out from the iPad.

Great companion, just wish it had a way to clip on to your shirt or pants or to the iPad other than the lightning connector. Am also concerned that the cap will fall off and get lost...or that I'll lose the pencil since there's no way to secure it.
